Wonderful stay

A charming clean and comfortable hotel offering beautiful views in a quiet location.

We arrived late and were there for one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size and comfortable. Breakfast is included with the price and serving staff was very friendly. We missed the breakfast but staff was kind of enough to give us tea and water upon request. The area was nice. It’s near the mountains and perhaps people come here to go skiing. If I ever come back to the Aosta area I would consider coming back to this hotel.

Great location , great hotel

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Kind, welcoming, cheerful. Our room is good. Bed is comfortable. Sheets and bedding, while good, are getting a little old. Same for the bathroom. The area is peaceful and quiet. The restaurant downstairs, unrelated to the hotel, is a surprisingly great find. Top-notch stone oven pizzas and seafood full of locals.

Wonderful stay! We used the spa facilities on our first night which were beautiful absolutely spotless! Staff were really friendly and gave us recommendations on local food and the best route to take on our onward journey. Tasty breakfast too with lots of options.

The staff is wonderful, helped with dinner reservations, choices for hiking and spending a day in town.

Very good hotel. Excellent staff. Good value for money. We stay for skiing in pila. Car is required as it's around 5 min drive. Not much in Pollien but it was a good base for us. Would definitely recommend.

Last minute reservation done without much search. Was greatly surprised. Rooms are spacious and their breakfast was wonderful and included. The front staff gave us a great restaurant recommendation. It was dinner at the farm nearby (400m). The meal was delicious and the owner and staff wonderful. Dinner was delicious and got some local Genepi and Grappa complimentary.

A beautiful hotel, the room was big, the breakfast is excellent,The view is stunning, the location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to the entire Aosta region and the Gran Paradiso nature reserve. The hotel staff both at reception and at breakfast were amazing, so kind and considerate. There is no doubt that we will return here again when traveling in the area.

Amazing place very comfortable

Hotel Diana Pollein truly is a jewel. Run by a family, the whole staff always is very attentive to your needs and wishes. The property is welcoming, clean and professionally run. The breakfast offers a complete line of breads, juices, fruits, ham and cheese. Excellent quality for the price! I recommend it very much.
