Nice older resort.

The property was clean and beautiful. Food excellent, but what stood out most for us was the incredible customer service Rodrigo at the front desk provided. It was my birthday, and he made it extremely special, from offering upgrades for a beachfront room, along with other niceties. He was simply amazing. Entertainment was also good.

Breakfast was basic with not a lot of variety. The resort was nice spacious. The deluxe room was a little outdated and close to pools and ocean but very close to the nightly music parties and very loud otherwise a good stay

Everything was good at this resort food personal the people in the lobby restaurants bars etc it was amazing

The room was ok but it had six flights of stairs no elevators the food is very institutional no flavor and everything was cold even the hot food the beach had sargassum very bad for our first 4 days then it was better but the smell was awful.The staff at this hotel are very good but they cant make up for the bad food and beach we up graded to preferred guest the only thing good about that was closer room to the beach it is an absolute waste of money to upgrade! We spent New Years Eve here and unless you spent hundreds extra for the special dinner they did nothing for you for new years we wont go back very disappointing

The room was in serious need of updating. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The mirror had large black streaks down it where the plating came off the back. The toilet would run constantly unless you lifted the lid and made sure that the flappervalve was in place. The lobby had a chair with the fabric hanging down below off the bottom. However, the staff was nice at the hotel. The buffet was not near as good as other all inclusive that I have stayed at. It is good that it has the location that it does or it would not be worth staying there.

Room was dirty. The food was really, really bad. I would not recommend this price to others.

I had an amazing time at Dreams Tulum Resort — the property is beautiful, the vibe is relaxing, and the staff made my stay really special. The rooms and grounds were gorgeous, and I truly enjoyed the overall experience. If I had one small piece of feedback, I’d recommend choosing the restaurants over the buffet — the restaurant food was definitely better in quality and flavor. Other than that, everything about my stay was wonderful, and I’d absolutely come back and recommend it to others.

There was one time the world cafe took a long time to seat me, when the restaurant wasn’t full and I didn’t have much time. That was my only complaint thus far, other than that, maybe more cabs should be available to get from the beach to the gym.

Friendly workers, and a lot of them

Great place overall. Food 8.5/10 if that food wasn’t too good. Rooms were okay clean but something sure enough bit us up in that bed.

Property was really nice and plenty if parking space.

Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very pleasant, friendly and showed you a great time. 100000/10 highly recommend. Very beautiful, private beach, nice, clean, spacious rooms. Food was delicious:)
