We stay at the K Tower often. We are always well taken care of, the suites are always very nice.

food was god-awful just awful. they would not refund us for the meal that we did not eat.Everything else was great. The room is very nice and well appointed.

Staff was especially warm and friendly and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable and easy. The spa was delightful and everything was very well maintained and clean.

The Hotel Staff very helpful and professional!! They went above and beyond to help us. Concierge (Mayra M.) made checking in and shuttle service easy!!! she deserves 2 thumbs up!! Thank you Mayra!! The Hotel was very clean, the rooms were in excellent condition. I will definitely be back to stay there in the future.

This was an amazing stay. Room was luxurious but more importantly so comfortable with every amenity you could want. Champagne and tarts are check in and every employee welcoming and kind.

Breakfast is really bad vrs what you pay for the hotel, rooms are great, but breakfast doesn’t make sense

clean, but The rooms in this hotel are a bit outdated and old-fashioned.
