The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed unwilling to work. They answered questions curtly and were unhelpful. The room was also not clean enough. The service needs improvement.

The room was cozy, , toilet also clean and the shower water pressure was good! But the bed a lil bit too hard even though the pillow are comfy. The room itself actually very quiet, but unfortunately the way those doors closed at every room sounds way too loud... So it's so noisy at night when people coming back and forth. The room have balcony with nice views. The breakfast was perfect for me 💯. The staff are helpful as well especially the male.

- The room is a bit old, when entering the room, you can smell the old smell from the wooden cabinets and the curtains. However the room was clean. The location is near the red light street, you can walk about 1km to go out. - Poor breakfast food - Friendly cheerful staff

Very satisfied because the hotel is exactly like the pictures on the web. Clean hotel, friendly and hospitable staff. Very professional too. Prices are very reasonable. If I come back to Thailand, I still choose this hotel.

The hotel has very good in room features, is spacious and clean. The position of the hotel is great as well, very central to handy shopping/ restaurant centres. Transport is easy, parking is ample and the lifts were very efficient. Counter staff were helpful & courteous.

The room was clean, quiet, using the key card to open the room. Cannot go to another floor that is not our room.

Said that there was no bathtub to reach Entering the alley very far

Spacious room, they upgrade us into executive room. Enjoy swimming in rooftop. Reception were so nice and all the staf helping so much. Near bts nana and very nice soi 8. We'll be back for sure
