Everything was perfect I enjoyed my stay very much, everything is within walking distance

The hotel is old, bathroom has problem to drain the water in the shower...., AC was not working properly and make a lot of noise... Need a lot of improvement.....

Great staff, so helpful, we felt really welcomed and looked after. Stayed here twice as we had awkward flight times, and it is nice and close to airport. Would stay here again, best bit was the staff thank you

The room was large and comfortable, the location was in great proximity to some cafes and pizzerias that were recommended to us by locals

I had a pretty comfortable and nice stay here. The hotel room was clean and well set up with a kettle and mini fridge. The only downside was the location was very inconvenient and the public transport wasn’t very reliable there.

Room perfect for couple of nights bus stop right in front of hotel , R5 bus takes you to main train station bus 180 takes you to airport don’t waste your money on taxi , visit downtown Naples for best pizza and prices , about room shower was about too small if you are a plus size person besides that i recommend

Property very close to train station and 20 min walk distances to main tourist attractions like Coloseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain and all other beautiful munuments and streets. Room spotless and comfortable. Staff polite and friendly. Great restaurant just at the corner.

The AC wasn’t good

Angelo was very helpful and supportive. The staff were polite. They are trustworthy. There is a fantastic Pizza restuarant about 15 meters away. We had a safe in our room and we left our money and passports when we left the hotel. After contacting them, they retrieved the valuable and returned it to us which is great. I heard lots of negative things about thefts and condition in Naples but certainly they place is trustworthy. Please consider that this hotel is 2 stars and very reasonably priced , so do not compare to 5 star hotels. I will be more than happy to use this hotel if I go back to Naples.

The hotel was clean except that its far from the city centre and only R5 bus runs through it. Anything you need like more toilet papers or shampoo you can ask. They dont have ice machine but they gave us ice packets they made themselves.

Good hotel for a quick stay. Not top notch but had what was needed and you can’t complain about that. It was decently clean and the receptionist was nice. Two things that were iffy about the room was the fact that the shower flooded out of the bathroom and into the main room, thankfully it was all tiled floors. As well, the locks seem to all be the same, so somebody else (another guest) around check in time made a mistake and unlocked our room at a horrible time. Be careful about that. Naples on the other hand is not a great place to stay, at least not on a budget. If you’re expecting a nice stay, put in the money and find a location down by the waterfront. The area this hotel is in is disgusting, garbage everywhere, and the transportation is so unreliable. We unfortunately left in the early morning of a big football game and our taxi didn’t arrive (the receptionist was kind enough to book us one, but did warn that it may not arrive), so instead we had to walk an hour on foot to the airport after already walking an hour on foot to the hotel from the train station because the bus never showed up. If you’re down for the risks, this is a good place for a quick stay, but if you want to enjoy yourself maybe put in a bit more money for somewhere nicer. Also check the football schedule lol

This property is NOT what it seems on the site. It’s bait and switch at its finest. They sell you what’s in the photos but give you something different. They have basic and superior rooms. The site makes it seem like the only difference is the size of the room; but that is not true. My room looked like it was from the 80’s. Broken and stained furniture, missing tiles in the bathroom, tissue stuffed into cracks in the walls of the shower, hair everywhere, no elevator in the building, you name it. The site says breakfast is included (in the room). They have photos on the site with tables of breakfast but beware: they stopped this during COVID in 2020. The check in sheet says “NO food is allowed in the rooms” & they give you two muffins per stay. The neighborhood did not seem “dangerous” to me, but I’m from Oakland… however when I asked a tourist what bus to take to get to my hotel, her reply was “why do you stay there? No tourist go to that area cause it’s not safe. I never even go there and I’m from Naples…” There were police moving through the streets the three days I was there but I thought it was normal. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk clerk & her only reply was “you should have booked a [better] superior room.” I would have done this if I saw the photos of the basic room online but there arent any. Also the view you get is of a nice brick wall and older ladies hanging laundry on the patio. I ended up canceling the remaining days & I’m fighting for a refund

It was quiet, clean and as shown in photos. I would stay again.

The property was affordable and only 15 mins from the airport, which was perfect for using as an overnight stay. Angelo was very welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with. However, it did not match the photos and was very run down. The blinds did not close and shower drain not sufficient for a shower longer than 1 minute before it started to flood the bathroom. Walls were all water stained and furniture stained/cracked. Needs a major revamp.

Not a place you want to stay even for a night. I booked thinking it was closer to airport, but it costs like £20 plus for taxi. Not clean, area was noisy, rooms were like made of paper where we can hear others even breathing forget about the loud snoring & talking kept us awake.

The manager on duty was very efficient, kind, and helpful. We are grateful for her gracious assistance during our stay.

Maybe if you get a 'superior' room in the better side of the hotel, you would be reasonably satisfied. But avoid the 'economy' rooms. The pictures on Expedia certainly make the hotel look much better than it is. The is one pizza restaurant a couple of door down the street, which is excellent, but that's it. The area around the hotel does not appear to be that safe, but the pizza place is full of families, so I guess it can't be that bad.
