we stayed there for the night . there is not much around in its vicinity but the town is only 10 min away so not a big deal owner was nice and the place is nice and neat

Just right for a short visit and very close to where had to travel. Extremely helpful staff and communication in English was not a constraint. Adequate menu for breakfast and restaurant. Just 10 minutes from downtown. Kristopher was very helpful and pitched in when our taxi did not turn up!

We have stayed here three times. It has an excellent location for travelers looking for a convenient stop on a road trip, as it is immediately off the highway. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at with a complimentary dinner buffet. While not gourmet, it was good, hot, and satisfying. The breakfast buffet is also quite good, with a combination of hot and cold dishes. The amenities in the rooms varies; for example, the last time we stayed there was neither coffee maker nor hairdryer in our room. However, we didn't need them, and additionally, I feel confident they would have been provided quickly at our request. The second time we stayed, we requested a mini fridge and they accommodated this request with no problem. Also, we requested a specific room the last time we stayed, because we traveled with a cat and a room near the entrance on the ground floor was convenient. This request was also accommodated. Overall, this hotel has what you need, and is clean and comfortable, with friendly and efficient service.

Jättemysigt hotell med snygg inredning i nära anslutning till Umeå stad. Trevliga rum och bra frukost samt trevlig personal. Finns allt man önskar hos ett bra hotell. Kan varmt rekomenderas!

1 yö, saapuminen yöllä onnistui loistavasti. Huone tieto tuli etukäteen ja ohjeet saapumiseen. Löytyi myös huone lemmikille. Aamiainen oli runsas ja maukas.

Mellanlandat Kiruna leksand med djur. Mkt bra mottagande, trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Stort sett fornøyd med oppholdet, men det som drar ned er at det var null lufting på rommet. Det var fastkarm på vinduet så dårlig luft på natten.

Fanns bara surdegsbröd till frukosten vilket mims tänder inte klarar. Det luktade cigarettrök i korridoren.

Jättetrevligt hotell med gästvänlig personal. Fin och lugn frukost. Familjär atmosfär.

Erinomainen palvelu ja koirien vastaanotto.

Överaskad över hög servicenivå och bra mat till middag - till ett mycket överkomligt pris. Bra frukost. Mindre bra var badrum. Daterat och behov av upprustning. Men har en känsla av att dessa nya ägare kommer ta sig an den uppgiften med tiden. När detta är gjort kommer jag nog åter. Trodde att närheten till E4:an skulle störa nattsömnen, men det var inget problem.
