Ive stayed here a few times now due to its location just outside Umea and i have to say the staff here are some of the nicest people I've ever met they are absolutely amazing. The room was a good big room but sadly there was a lot of outside noise from the other guests, that being said thats not the hotel problem if other guests camt keep their children under control and follow the unwritten hotel code of conduct rules.

we stayed there for the night . there is not much around in its vicinity but the town is only 10 min away so not a big deal owner was nice and the place is nice and neat

Just right for a short visit and very close to where had to travel. Extremely helpful staff and communication in English was not a constraint. Adequate menu for breakfast and restaurant. Just 10 minutes from downtown. Kristopher was very helpful and pitched in when our taxi did not turn up!

We have stayed here three times. It has an excellent location for travelers looking for a convenient stop on a road trip, as it is immediately off the highway. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at with a complimentary dinner buffet. While not gourmet, it was good, hot, and satisfying. The breakfast buffet is also quite good, with a combination of hot and cold dishes. The amenities in the rooms varies; for example, the last time we stayed there was neither coffee maker nor hairdryer in our room. However, we didn't need them, and additionally, I feel confident they would have been provided quickly at our request. The second time we stayed, we requested a mini fridge and they accommodated this request with no problem. Also, we requested a specific room the last time we stayed, because we traveled with a cat and a room near the entrance on the ground floor was convenient. This request was also accommodated. Overall, this hotel has what you need, and is clean and comfortable, with friendly and efficient service.

Fint stort rum, fräscht badrum, parkering vid hotellet, bra pris. När vi kom på kvällen fick vi erbjudande om att äta en buffe´för 100:-/person, värt pengarna. Mycket trevlig personal.

Fint boende, väldigt trevlig personal! Vår middag var toppenbra! Tyst och lugnt på natten…och våra hundar hade det toppen! Ett boende att rekommendera….kändes familjärt!

Frühstück gut Zimmer sauber. Einziges kleines Manko : in dem Zimmer das wir wegen des Hundes bekommen haben, war das Bett zu schmal.

Bodde 3 nätter. Fantastiskt rum. Mycket plus på riktig soffa och vridbar tv, så man kunde kolla från sängen. Bra ljudisolering, eftersom hotellet ligger väldigt nära E4:an. Underbar dusch som har ordentligt tryck. Mycket god frukost och hjälpsam personal.

Personalen helt outstanding, service ut i fingerspetsarna. Vi hade ett HC rum tyvärr var badrummet lite litet när man sitter i rullstol. Det var lite krångligt att ta sig in utan hjälp, trångt utanför toadörren man måste ha hjälp att ta sig in, hög tröskel! Inga handtag el dyl i duschen att hålla sig i. Vad jag saknade vid frukosten var mörkare mjukt bröd. Tyvärr verkar det som dom flesta hotell har slutat med det! Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!

Lagomt mycket att välja på till frukost. Mysig atmosfär och väldigt sköna sängar. Bor ofta här när vi har körningar norrut.
