Great place to stay, designed very thoughtfully. Stuff was amazing and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Good for bussines purpose

Staff is kind, facility and room are well designed. During my stay, I didn't have any problems.

Good: large, clean basic room Not so good: location is less than desirable Bad: replace lobby carpet and sofa. It's filthy and gross. Makes the hotel look bad.

Loved the amenities and how special the paintings in the hotel are! Will definitely come back!

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Well decorated hotel with lovely people on reception and bar. Spacious room with king bed but like most European hotels in this area - firm bed, non fluffy towels and eco-tough toilet paper. Recommend they sell one of the paintings in the room and buy a mini fridge as it is good to be able to have cold water and store your seasonal fruit in for your travels. No kettle - luckily I had brought my own as well as tea bags as Europe often doesn’t supply. Therefore requested some ice from the bar for keeping my milk cool. Did receive a top sheet rather than use the thick doonas (though I brought my own muslin sheet in readiness and used my cashmere throw rather than the thick doonas as it was summer). Good air con to cool the room down in summer. Lovely view to the clock tower on the hill. 15 min walk to old town and the ‘exotic’ centre across the road didn’t seem to have any activity nor the traffic we didn’t hear as there is double glazing curtains and block out shutters for the arctic windows so slept well.

Within walking distance from Schlossberg. Staff was very helpful all the time. Room was clean ang big enough.

Good modern hotel for the city centre but no minibar or other amenities which could be useful.

One of my favorite places that I have stayed in Austria. My room was amazing, the views were amazing, the art throughout the hotel was a pleasant surprise, and the staff is top notch. What a great place!!!

Enjoyed daily visits to the rooftop view and fitness area, loved the neighborhood restaurants, and you’re still walking distance to the river and into downtown. Would be happy to stay again.

Very nice hotel. Air conditioning is comparably good for Austrian standards. Bed was a little to hard for me, otherwise the hotel is great. Nice rooftop terrace with happy hour on Fridays. Near Lendplatz which is a great place for open air restaurants/bars

Nice artsy hotel near Lendplatz. Good connection to Hauptbahnhof and to city center and Schlossberg. Nothing big to complain about. Air conditioning worked reasonably well, at least judging from an Austrian standard (air conditioning will never be as strong as in an average US hotel as Austrians always fear to get sick from a strong air condition ventilation). Two minor complaints are the bed was not really very comfortable, too hard for me and the walk in shower did not have a door to fully close it and always created a mess when showering.

Very pleasant stay! We loved the design and the little details of the hotel! The service is excellent! I booked another stay because we loved it so much! In addition to everything it felt like being in an art exhibition! Thank you for this amazing experience!

no air-condition

Great for a quick weekend in Graz. The Lendplatz area is wonderful, easily walkable to everything. Staff/service was great, very helpful. Cool, modern hotel with interesting, funky artwork. Would be nice if there was a coffee/tea maker in the room, but the cafe downstairs is nice. The bed was moderately comfortable. The duvet was very heavy, and it was difficult to find a good sleeping temp without opening the window (difficult with some street noise.) Will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
