The property itself is gorgeous, the villas are amazing and the views and sunsets spectacular. The positives of our stay would be our day cruise with Kaiwai watersports which was fantastic, and the team at the fish bar who were lovely and provided excellent service. The spa and gym team were also great. The service at Goji and lagoon house was consistency disappointing, and the reception/concierge team were even worse. I was double charge over $1400FJD and when I questioned it the reception tried to gaslight me by first saying there was no issue, then that it was my fault because my card declined, when it wasn't. I wasn't provided with receipts for the initial transaction, and then the second transaction came through I was eating lunch, so also no receipt. When I was able to prove that I had been double charged I was't even provided an apology, let alone some sort of compensation for the time and frustration of having to sort out the problem. Overall, would I return to Marriot Momi bay? Yes. Would I double check every receipt and have low expectations of the majority of the staff I interact with, also yes.

Everything you need is at hand, no need to leave the resort to swim, dine, relax. Our ground floor room was very spacious, with a nicely appointed bathroom. The veranda overlooked the large pool with views of the lagoon beyond. The only disappointment was the Kids’ Club, which we felt was inadequately staffed, especially when we noticed a supervisor at the kiddies pool concentrating on her mobile phone for quite an while, instead of watching the toddlers.

The property at this place was amazing and what made it more special were the employees that worked there. It was a great experience, and I will recommend for everybody i want to thank sera ...joy...bale...seni....paualiasi....keleya....made my stay the best thank you all.

The resort is fantastic. The food and drinks were excellent. The best part was the staff.

What a great place to sit back and relax. The foods great, the staff are super friendly (of course). And with the beach on your doorstep... just a great spot to do not much.

Exceptional service and friendly staff!

This resort is a dream. The property is absolutely stunning. There’s a lot of options for the restaurants, the rooms all have a beautiful view and probably the most special thing about this resort is the staff. They are kind, generous with their time & hard working. Couldn’t ask for more. Just FYI, it’s about 45-60 minutes from everything so expect to spend a lot of time at the resort.

Our stay at Momi was bliss. It is a relatively isolated resort in terms of access to other parts of Fiji however there are multiple choices for places to eat, swim and relax. We stayed in a duplex bure facing the ocean. It was delightful. We also took a day trip to one of the islands, which was great fun. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and kind.

Friendly staffs and really enjoyed our stay

I regret to say that this hotel is far from giving you a five star experience. All the food in the restaurant and breakfast were commercial kitchen standards. You can find better food even in three star hotels. It is impossible to swim in the lagoon. The water is very dirty. It is not a suitable hotel for swimming activities. It is an incredibly noisy hotel. We even changed our room because of the noise. But even from the other end of the hotel, it is impossible to sleep because of the endless birthday songs that are celebrated at breakfast at 7:30 every morning. All the sound echoes in the rooms.The music is very loud everywhere. We had to wake up at 7:00 every morning with a different sound. We could not sleep at night because of the damp smell in the room. The cleaning of the room is really poor. I don't even want to mention the small bugs in the drawers and wardrobes and the disgusting smell. This hotel is absolutely not worth your money. The only positive thing I can say is that ,the staff were helpful and friendly. I would like to thank everyone for helping us make our holiday even better.

Absolutely stunning place to stay! Friendly and helpful staff, they always make sure you are having a good time and if there is anything they can do to help! Amazing service! Tidy clean rooms. Sunsets were stunning! Ofc it’s expensive though lol

Great staff, great views, very relaxing. Would warn against making any reservations with onsite people without double/triple checking for accuracy - we had several that were lost or incorrectly scheduled. Otherwise definitely worth staying here, exceptional.

This was our honeymoon, and it was truly the best vacation we’ve ever had. The entire experience at Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay was unforgettable. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From check-in to check-out, we felt cared for and appreciated. The views were stunning, the food was amazing, and the service was exceptional. Thank you for making our honeymoon so special—we would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway.

The reception service could be improved, as the staff were sometimes not very helpful. When we arrived, our room when was dirty on the mirrors, we reported this to the reception, but after two days, the marks were still there, we also called the reception twice to request room cleaning but this didn't happen either. For be 5 stars resort they need better customer services sometimes looks like people was exhausted.

The staff in the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, especially Marcus and Alpesh. The pools were great and the natural landscape the property was set in was picturesque. The issues we had centred around the quality of the food and the transparency of the hotels all inclusive package. The food was very much hit and miss with the quality sometimes feeling like a very cheap bistro/ school cafeteria. Finally the hotel should not be advertising and falsely using the term all inclusive when it is not in keeping with the essence of the word. You were limited to two restaurants in the evening where you could only pick two courses at dinner and one course at lunch. The drinks advertised as all inclusive were not as you were prevented from ordering drinks until the bars opened at 11am. We were upset that the hotel did not allow us to utilise the all inclusive package up until the check out time as everything was closed. Unlike a European all inclusive holiday no snacks were included and the prices in the hotel were extortionate for food and beverages. There were no local amenities near the hotel so you will be stuck having to buy from the hotel directly. Considering the price you are paying for an all inclusive holiday it was shocking that that the five star hotel is that tight and stringent they charge for ice lollies and icecream even if you have a package.

The property is wonderful, food was excellent and personal are all friendly and lovely people.
