Very satisfying, good service

Needs a lot of repairs. Phone doesn't work. Refrigerator is dead. Dirty sheets and pillows with lots of stains. Water pressure in the sink is low. Lights go out for about 20 minutes. There is a black iron on the floor to trip on. Soap is only filled with about 5 ml, no shampoo. Just a suggestion, please don't fire any employees. The staff are all nice. Just need to upgrade the towel linen and some minor repairs.

It wasn't me who stayed, but there were no complaints.

Business trip, clean, good location

The pool was dirty, and the pool area smelled very bad. The rooms were incomplete, unclean, and did not match the description and pictures in the app. Breakfast was not recommended.

So far, this is my favorite and affordable hotel if I stay in Batam.

The rooms are secure (the elevator uses a card access), the rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, and it's rare for a hotel to have a bolster like this one. Friendly 24-hour service.

It was a truly new experience staying with kids at Ibis Style, the room was comfortable, clean, spacious, cool, the service was friendly, very helpful, and child-friendly.

It was a pleasant experience staying at Ibis Style Nagoya. Next time I go to Batam, Ibis Style will definitely be my first choice for hotel recommendations.

Check-in time was longer, the reason being that the room wasn't ready. I had to wait longer than the check-in time. The receptionist service was very bad.
