What a superb find. Lovely location, pool and garden. A great base for a few days in Sarlat and the Dordogne. A really friendly welcome from Anne Marie. Would stay there again without doubt. Highly recommended. 😎😎😎

This is a motel style hotel on the outskirts of Sarlat. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a nice outside terrace. The pool area is very clean with sunbeds. Breakfast was excellent and the owners very helpful. Only downside is that the location is up a steep hill from the town so walking back at night is a trek ,especially as no taxi service. If happy to drive there are plenty of free car parks on the edge of the old town.

This is an excellent hotel. The bedrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. Anne-Marie is so hospitable and nothing is too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend and will return the next time we are in the Dordogne.

This hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The accommodation was very comfortable and the shower was very good. As all the bedrooms are on the same level, each has an outdoor seating area.The host was very friendly and nothing was a problem. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment about dining. The swimming pool was lovely and easily accessible. As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Sarlat, there is a steep walk down to the centre which has you have to repeat upon your return as there appear to be very few taxis. Ideally placed for exploring the area, a car is highly recommended.

The hotel was located in a very area, clean and the manager was extremely helpful, paid attention to details, and mostly very friendly.

Probably let the best experience we’ve had since we arrived in France. Madame Ann Marie and her family took care of us from beginning to the end of our stay. She made sure of sites to visit, fastest directions and showed how to take advantage of Sarla’s medieval charm. We had a patio room which I heartedlyrecommend. If you’re looking for French country charm this is it! Excellent breakfsst served daily. King bed was excellent. Sarlat has many restaurants to choose from.

I booked this property for two nights. Our plans changed and we were not going to be in Sarlat-la-Caneda for these nights. I made a mistake and did not call to cancel until 10 pm of the first night. I can understand that the hotel would be within its rights to charge us for the first night. However, in spite of calls by Expedia pleading my case, the hotel charged me for both nights and refused to refund the second night even though I had made it clear that we did not need the room for the second night.

Air conditioning is not working

Very comfortable hotel on outskirts of fascinating old town. Very peaceful surroundings and most enjoyable breakfast- with opportunities to dine on terrace when weather suitable. Friendly hostess ensures a very pleasant stay.

A wounderful place to stay. The view is out of this world and the service is outstanding. Worth the 1/2 hour drive if you are in the area to visit Monaco. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

This is a great little place to stay. It is out in the countryside with beautiful surroundings. The reception was wonderful. My whole stay was exceptional. I would certainly stay here again.. The area around. Serlot is magnificent. I did not think the breakfast was so hot but it was typically a French breakfast. Lots of carbs in their pastries. Not much protein.

Very nice, comfortable, clean hotel with an optional lovely breakfast! Our room was very quiet and private with a little private pati just outside our door. Very close to the beautiful city of Sarlat-la-Canéda. Mirielle, the proprietress could not have been more charming or accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!!! In summer, one could enjoy the lovely pool. Private parking and secure WiFi included.

A clean, quiet, small hotel very close to Sarlat.

Overnight stay but we would have been happy to stay longer. Very good and helpful reception. Beautiful hotel only minutes away from Sarlat that we managed to visit despite some urgency to be at our final destination.
