Overall very pleasant stay

Spacious. Clean

I stayed in the signature suite as a last minute booking and it was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, especially the receptionist and the night porter (tall bald man, I wish I had asked his name). The only let down was the lack of a cooked breakfast in the morning due to the chef not being able to get in, these things happen I understand, just a shame.

No chef and hence no cooked breakfast , which I was looking forward to Rooms was clean and check in efficient and friendly TV kept cutting out

Room was OK, thought I had an upgrade but it didn't feel like it. Breakfast waitress seemed disinterested.

Nice room but the lighting was poor and kept turning off. Large but a bit weird to have the shower and bath in the bedroom. Breakfast was good and the dinner was also good. The parking is convenient and not to expensive. Staff were helpful.

There was a great selection of food available at breakfast.

Stunning hotel, great location with very friendly and helpful members of staff, rooms are to a high standard very big and spacious, highly recommended. Only thing let it down was lack of usb ports in the room

Incredible room (delu, lovely staff, great room service and the best cocktail menu!

The room needed some TLC, there was a beer can left on the balcony and we found a cufflink on the floor, not convinced about the thoroughness of cleaning. We had an email to say that we couldn't use the bar on Friday which was a pain and then on Saturday it was the same agsin
