Lovely friendly hotel in a very good location.

Room was Spotless,I'm disabled and the staff were and brilliant helping me, nothing was too much trouble.the cleaning ladies were very helpful too.thanks all of the staff👍as for the full Welsh breakfast absolutely perfect well worth the money.view of the beach from the outside seating area I loved.i will shortly be booking a few more days for next year

The service was immpeccable especially at breakfast time. The only disadvantage going to the belmont is its not good for disabled people.the parking is bad and having scooter would not be able to manage on my own ha ing go move car around.car paring terrible.

The accommodation more than met our expectations, a great position, near to the pier and sea front. Nice touches in the room coffee making machine, eye mask, ear buds, shower cap. The room was in pristine condition and must have had a recent update as all conveniences were of a high standard. We will use again

The staff at the front desk (the morning and at night staff) were brilliant and very helpful! The staff tended to our every request and provided a number of helpful bits of information about Llandudno and its history. Breakfast was lovely!

We where on the top floor in middle of a heatwave with no air conditioning the room was small but had everything you needed the only downside was the bathroom door draft excluder was hanging off and some sort of punch mark in the door. The hotel was exceptional though breakfast was good staff where brilliant and location was second to none will definitely go back

breakfast excellent,drinks prices a bit pricey,room was first class,so close to all the amenities,staff were very good friendly. only downside didn't do evening meals,and dogs barking in rooms.but we had a brilliant break

Beautiful hotel, electronic check in was easy on arrival, wonderful staff, lovely room, comfy bed and great facilities. Lovely extras on tea tray and glad of a fan in the room as it was very hot weather. Lovely cooked breakfast and a lots of choice for continental & fabulous views from the hotel terrace. Only downside was the room was a bit dusty in places and loo roll holder was a bit loose. Would stay again though.

Great location , staff excellent , great breakfast , parking an issue but that is not the hotels fault , highly recommend
