It was ok! We expected better considering the price and location. It was our wedding anniversary and first overnight stay with our baby. We had a superior rear room which was probably more of a standard realistically. We asked for travel cot for our almost 4 month old, however it had crumbs at the bottom of it and a stain on the sheet so decided to use our pram instead (model approved for safe overnight sleeping). Room overlooked a wall and wouldn’t say it was that accessible with a pram, small lift and very narrow corridors. There was also a ladybug underneath the duvet when pulled it back but think it was a one off. Breakfast was lovely with wide range of continental and hot food to order. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but did like the bar terrace looking out at the promenade.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Location of the hotel is absolutely superb, the breakfast is excellent (choice and quality), our room was really nice (coffee machine a lovely touch) but best of all was the service which was really up there with the best we have ever had in any hotel ever. Huge thanks to everyone who made it such a special holiday :)

Stayed for 2 nights B&B with my 5 year old granddaughter. Pros outweigh the cons. Pros Fantastic location. Just across the road from the pier and about a 5 minute walk to the shops and bars. Breakfast was good. There was a good choice of cereal as well as continental. Cooked breakfast was really good, served promptly and freshly cooked. Room amenities are excellent. Cans of water, which was much needed during the heatwave, plenty of teabags/milk & sugar and a coffee maker. Also the little extras like earplugs & an eye mask and a fan are a nice touch. Cons We stayed in a superior rear room with twin beds (room 106). Sadly I didnt regard it as ‘superior’. The room was quite small and the view was dismal. The carpet was quite grubby and unfortunately the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom let it down significantly. What looked like blood stains on the walls and thick grime under the sink plug were unacceptable for the price I paid for the room. The room got very hot despite having a fan. Heavy duvets on the beds during hot weather isn’t ideal, may be worth investing in lower tog duvets for the warmer months. On our last day they decided to carry out maintenance on the lift so I had to carry our suitcases down 2 flights of stairs, not great when you’re recovering from cancer surgery. Would I stay again? Yes, but I think I’d prefer a bigger room with a view which would obviously cost more so I’d expect better cleanliness.

A great location with a beautiful view of the entire promenade. We enjoyed our beers and drinks on the balcony, even with a lovely seagull as our companion. The staff were helpful, and breakfast was very good.

Check-in was very easy as I was able to do a self check-in. There was a member of staff on reception, if needed. My room (single) was compact, but had everything I needed and was perfectly clean. Any staff member I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay - thank you!

Excellent dog friendly hotel. Room had a massive king size bed and was to a high standard. Good coffee Maxine in the room and nice touches like.coins for the seaside slot machines. Dog bowl and dog rug. Toiletries were Elemis. Breakfast cooked and also cold buffet. Dogs even got cooked sausage. Bar area was good with draught beer. Excellent location near the pier. Definitely would stay there again if we were to revisit Llandudno.

The hotel is right on the front jusr a short walk to the pier and beach. The staff are amazing, friendly, knowledgeable about area and where good restaurant are etc. The rooms i stay are on the front can see Pier, beach and on occasion the goats and sheep that come down from The Orme. The rooms are spotlessly clean, a decent size. The breakfast is gorgeous and they have a dining room for the dogs and family. Its a short walk to the shops, a lovely walk along prom and just a small uphill walk for the Tram to go up the Great Orme. Just over the road from the hotel you can get a bus up to Great Orme or a Sightseeing bus to Conwy.if you choose to stay here you will not be disappointed and like myself will visit time again and again. Enjoy
