It was a bit disappointing because I booked online early but when I asked the xprsn counter about the online booking.. I got a disappointing family room on the 3rd floor & the aircon was old & not cold even at 16 degrees, the bathroom door lock was broken, the floor was not clean.. The toilet was also a bit dirty & the flush was broken.. I hope the management can figure this out..thank you

There 's additional tax fee RM2 charged during check in and the room is beyond the expections where there 's no bath tub, no towel prepared. Very old hotel with old television and fridge.

The location is okay close to Siti Khadijah market, but her room is horrible. The bed is old, the environment is like a hotel in the past, the TV is still used for a long time, you know, the bathroom smells like honey when you check in, the mattress is a year old, I don't know, very very uncomfortable, but the facilities are okay, there is an elevator and a passage for me so it's easier for me to bring my grandma who is in a wheelchair.

The room was not clean. Lift facility not functioning.

The room looks old, dusty, the water heater is not hot, the old aircond is not cold

Bilik 321 memuaskan. Pintu bilik air reput, tak boleh nak kunci. Air panas tidak berfungsi langsung. Lampu pula malap macam sedih ja. Bilik agak berhabuk. Boleh ditingkatkan lagi untuk pelanggan lain. Terima kasih

This hotel needs marriage card for couple persons to stay here. Choose other hotel.

The location was great because it's really near to the bus station,it's literally just across the road. Also rather near to Parkson and the Pasar Siti Khadijah. The only downside would be that the facility is quite old and looked rather run down and I think I saw a roach run by in the morning when I'm heading to the toilet as well, but the sheets and toilet were clean. A must mention is the front desk staff which was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel looks old-fashioned as an old-fashioned hotel in Malaysia hundreds of years ago. I was really surprised when I walked into this hotel room it looked dark and nothing called a hotel that looks like an abandoned house and has never been repaired. The wifi is only available in the lobby of the hotel and there is no wifi in the rooms. The next door room looks very dark and not bright, I really feel like it is like a movie haunted hotel. I will never come to this hotel again even though its price is comparable to a new hotel opened.

Need to renovate room and facilities.

just need to improve better for customer service...

The hotel is not maintained! no housekeeping done.
