Not as good as the pics show

Ideally situated hotel in the centre of Leeds and good value for money for a Saturday night in the centre. Room was decent, bed was comfortable. We were given an alternative room as the first one we were put in the heating wasn't working. Great service from the lady on reception for doing that.

Room clean and well maintained.Usual expected standard of most Rooomz hotels. Apartment well provided with microwave/ oven grill. Washer. Dryer, fridge with freezer compartment .kettle, cutlery pans plates etc. Shower cubicle small but bathroom ( no bath) good design and condition. Negative points, dryer would not dry clothes, it did try. No net voile in window.Open curtains gave good view of road junction from 1st floor room, like being in a BIG SCREEN

The apartment was clean, spacious and quiet with comfortable beds. The only downside was that it looked a bit dated.

A very good sized room with kitchenette, just 5 minutes from the station, but not in the busy centre. Highly recommended

We came for Leeds Fest. I won't camp so, we booked an apartment. Room was clean & comfortable. A little tired but, everything worked fine. A great location for the centre & the shuttles. A short walk from Granary Wharf which, is really pretty. The only grumble was, that we were there 4 days & the bin didn't get emptied but, if that's the only grumble, I'll take it. Would we stay again... YES!

Great property for the family, great facilities in the room and helpful staff at reception who looked after our bags the next day before travelling home
