Clean room. Great facilities! Nice touches! Great location and great price! Highly recommend

Not spotless, some plasterboard dust where a new T.V installed, not working reported. Ideal place to stay for a few days for some shopping therpy. 9/10

The room was equipped with a small kitchen which is great for longer stays. The room was very big. The only drawback is that you need to pay for parking. When we looked it did not state this.

The room looked unclean and neglected. Sofa had marks, shower floor was dirty and there was no soap/shower gel in the dispensers as well as the dispensers being broken. We had to get someone to replace these. The bathroom smelt of bad drains. The whole room needed an update unfortunately would not stay again.

I like the clean room.I like there’s a kitchen microwave cooker even a dishwasher.Theres pastries for on the go breakfast.We always take cereal and bread etc. We have stayed lots of times as we love it.

Ideal location for Chester Races

I paid extra for my booking to be refundable. We left a day early and when I zrequested a refund I was passed from pillar to post, then ignored.

Great stay and great apartment, excellent coffee and croissants in reception, great facilities, highly recommend.

Only advised car parking was NOT available shortly before the stay - Parking was one of the main reasons for booking this location and the late notification didn't allow me to move to another hotel

Rooms a bit tired now very noisy fans in bathrooms room above left there’s on all night kept us awake

Very nice place to stay, host was great and very accommodating. However beware parking at the property is expensive at £15 for 24 hours.

enjoyed my stay, very disappointed that 4 of my rooms were downgraded even though i had already paid in full. This should not be allowed to happen. i was told i would receive £40 for the hassle or tuff basically.

Dirty room Not accessible room for push chair Air con broke told reception and no fans available, room had no windows that could open so it was like a sauna all night
