Very helpful staff. Clean without any fireworks. The wellness centre is amazing and breakfast is good.

The room was a bit cramped, with the desk chair bumping up against one of the beds, and too few mains outlets. But it was fine for a brief stay, and the staff was very courteous, even preparing me a takeaway breakfast because I had to leave in the early morning.

The property is located a short walk from the city center. It was convenient to park and easy to find. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was great.

Our stay was amazing, with very good attention to us for all the employees and specific from Marco at the front desk. The place was clean and bathroom excellent. Also breakfast was outstanding!

It was o.k. But a bit basic. Difficulty finding a place to eat - hotel restaurant closed, others too, only bars nearby. Eventually ate in a simple kebab place (which was fine).

Osvědčený hotel, kde už jsem byl potřetí. Jakmile budu mít cestu do Ostravy, opět se zde hodlám ubytovat. Posetel pohodlné, personál velmi příjemný. Určitě mohu tento hotel doporučit. I dopraní dostupnost je důležitá.

The room I was given needs better curtains. The streetlights filtered through the windows. Noise very early in the morning. The soap was low quality. Likely, I took my own soap.

This property is in the process of being renovated. We were not on the renovated side but we still liked the hotel. It was very basic, but clean, great staff and a really nice breakfast.
