Room is basically a student residence. Had a very pleasant stay and was very clean. Bathrooms are nice and bed was comfortable

The room was fine, you sleep on a bed that lowers from the ceiling so don't fall off! Many of the lights in the room didn't work, but I managed for one overnight. Some maintenence needed.

The room was so hot, we couldn’t sleep. Laid there sweating in bed.

Room in university accommodation. Can’t use most of the facilities. Despite listing laundry on here I had to show the app to be able to use it

Very small rooms, but met my needs for a night in town.

Wry good location and nice room

I was in Madrid for a couple of days of sight seeing. Stayed at the Funway mostly through price and being close-ish to Chamartín station. Very good stay. Given that it is student accommodation, does feel a little different to many hotels, but the room had everything you might expect. Safe, sofa, en suite shower room/toilet (shower quite tight), loads of storage, and a bed that comes down from the ceiling when needed covering the central part of the room. No AC in the room, but it stayed an okay temperature even despite that and +30C outside. Little pool and gym available + some other social spaces. Easy walking distance to the metro and some shops.

There was no breakfast and there was no drinking water

The towels were torn. No AC. Supposedly the temperature is regulated but my very small room was incredibly hot. No ventilation. It is not a hotel. It’s a student residence. The walls were so thin that I could hear the alarm on the iPhone next door. Worst stay of my enormous one month trip. And way too expensive for what was offered…

Pretty quite and clean

Nice spot, cool room, friendly and helpful staff.

A very nice stay. No coffee in the room..... could be just a Spain thing. No Coffee for guests.... had to walk a few blocks after a cafe was open.

This is an adult only & single occupancy accommodations. High security, felt very safe, I did not find any way to control room temperature & I was given a street level window partial basement room. I went back to desk & requested a room on a higher floor as I needed to be able to sleep with window open for fresh air. They complied with request. There are no telephones in the room, if you need wakeup call they come and knock on the door which did not wake me. They also called a taxi for me who was gracious to wait for me. Quick 15min ride to airport.

You have zero control of the air conditioning. They shouldn’t be allowed to advertise AC.
