Location-wise is very strategic and there's a lot of restaurants and konbinis around. Close to 2 stations and the airport limousine bus stops right across it. The room that I had was very spacious and clean. My only down point was during weekends, you can hear loud noises from the surrounding bar areas. But if you don't mind the noises, then it's perfect.
