Todo estuvo excelente. La atención muy buena, y justo como lo dice su nombre, cumple con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda y agusto para poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas. El desayuno es rico y basto. La alberca y el espacio de alberca es bonito. Los cuartos son cómodos, el baño es amplio, los cuartos tienen espacio y ganchos para colgar ropa y también tiene cajones para guardar ropa. Para mi eso es un excelente plus. Lo recomiendo completamente. Excelente relación calidad precio, dificil de superar.

I think that for the price it was ok, however I could not ignore the smell in the rooms like mildew/ excess of moist, the first room I got had a very strong scent and the second one was ok, rooms are ok for the price you are paying, no ventilation though.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The attached restaurant had friendly servers and good food.

It’s HORRIBLE, so bad, the don’t show the real pictures, the rooms are terrible, doesn’t has a sink it’s a concrete thing not hot water, smell the humidity every where in the room, old saggy bed, not elevator, this is by far the worst place I have ever seen. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY OF IT

This is a quaint hotel. Rooms were simple, but clean. I would stay here again if traveling through Veracruz.

Great stay, friendly staff that seems to enjoy what they do. Clean room, everything worked well, we had no issues while there. There was however something I saw once I was leaving, the lady who was cleaning the bathrooms on the pool area swept te soapy water into the pool. But I did not use the pool so, I have no problem.

This hotel is wonderful, recently remodeled in a nice vintage/hip style. The rooms are simple but well done, very clean and exactly what one needs. What really made this experience wonderful was the staff. Such nice people and the food in the restaurant was well priced and delicious. I have to really say that the staff is what made my stay memorable. SO attentive, and again the food (breakfast is the only thing I had) was perfect... the chef came out to make sure everything was well and to just chat. HIGHLY recommend and will stay next time we are in Veracruz. The atmosphere is exactly what most big hotels are missing.. so don't let the name fool you.. nothing basic about this cool hip place.

Tiene un fuerte olor a drenaje por falta de mantenimiento en lavamanos

Intenté comunicarme con el hotel para cambiar el día de reservación, debido a que mi vuelo fue cancelado, llame unas 20 veces al número sin tener éxito y mandé mensaje desde la aplicación y nada.
