The location was absolutely perfect. Even with a 10-year-old, we were able to walk everywhere—including from Alfama back to the apartment. It was incredibly convenient no matter where we wanted to go. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the tram stopped right outside the door, which was a huge plus. The apartment itself was spotless, with a spacious and modern bathroom—truly no complaints at all. Ben gave us a warm welcome and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. If we ever come back to Lisbon, we’d love to stay here again.

We had a great stay right in the heart of Lisbon. The apartment was modern and super comfortable. Great neighbourhood, with access to all the best restaurants, sights, shops. Mafalda greeted us and made our check-in super easy, and provided us with a great list of the best restaurants nearby. Also saw the best Fado show right around the corner! Highly recommend.

Very nice and clean apartment. It is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything and various routes from it to avoid stairs. The only thing which they do not mention in the ads that the parking garage is about a block and a half from the apartment, which is fine but you need to quick drop your bags as there is no where to stop infront. Also they get into your vehicle to show you were the garage is.

Ben was amazing and extra helpful! The location was perfect for walking to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, and more. Even though the apartment overlooks a small, busy square, the quality of the windows and apartment in general was such that there was almost no noise...huge plus!

If I could give this apartment 10 stars I would. I would stay here every time I come to Lisbon. The location is central to everything, there are so many options to dine, public trams and metro transportation drops you off right in front of the apartment, and great nightlife walking distance. The place was so clean, and is cleaned every other day. It was also huge, with walk out access to the balcony with 2 huge doors. The dishwasher, washer/dryer, huge living room and bathroom, AC/heat, huge refrigerator really spoiled us. We had to move to a 5 star hotel in Lisbon to meet up with our tour, and the Lisbon apartment is 4x the size of our hotel and so much nicer than the 5 star. We miss being in the apartment with so much space!! Stay here you will not be disappointed!!!

This apartment was amazing! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing and incredibly clean. We would definitely stay here again. Hosts were very helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommend. Thanks!

Very good indeed

Enjoyed our 6-day.stay at Lisbon Best Apartments. The Apartment has modern decor, is tastefully decorated, clean. and well stocked. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The staff are amazing. We want to thank Ben for his wonderful hospitality and customer service. We also appreciated the excellent support we received from Yuran during our stay.

This apartment was just about perfect for the two of us plus our small dog. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The decor was very attractive. The staff was professional and responsive and helpful The only gripe we had was that the wifi was really slow, making it hard to watch anything streaming. All in all, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Everything was perfect. Super clean, kind staff, wonderful location for the sightseeing. And thank you for the birthday cake. It was very impressing.

Great stay. Apartment was very well equipped, including so fresh fruit and lots of nespresso coffee pods. Wonderful location, so much to see and wonderful restaurants inwalking distance. Very clean, beds very comfortable, bathroom beautiful and clean. Great support from our host Ben.

Fantastic location! Apartment was extremely clean and tidy, and all messages were responded to promptly and professionally. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend; this is really in the best neighborhood.

Excellent location and specious apartment room setting. The landlord is very friendly and welcoming. Just minutes of walking, we can go for good cuisine and attractions in downtown.

Our vacation was literally saved by Lisbon Best Apartments! We had a different rental that was not inhabitable and were forced to find a new rental on Christmas day. Lisbon Best went above and beyond to accommodate us, personally met us at the apartment on Christmas, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the unit was. It was clean, well appointed and the bathroom had heated floors! We never ran out of hot water despite long showers. The location was right in the Chiado neighborhood with restaurants and shops and even a small Christmas market right outside. It was luxurious and the staff was prompt and professional.

Truly could not envision a better location. Balcony overlooks a bustling town square and we had the privilege of observing all the festivities of the Christmas Market set up below. With the windows open, the sound of the street musicians float in. Closed, the apartment was quiet enough for our 1 year old to sleep undisturbed by noise (except the occasional siren). The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and responsive. They had a pack and play and high chair waiting for us when we got there and provided outlet converters when we forgot ours. Could not recommend more!
