Very glad we chose to stay here. Amazing location and views. The staff was very kind and went above and beyond. Was the highlight of the places we stayed in Portugal.

Lovely property with great location. It was very nice it had a laundry machine but the dryer didn’t work so we had to leave with a bag of wet clothes! Other than that it was great.

We had an incredible experience at Lisbon Best Apartment Chiado Square — truly better than we could’ve hoped for! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Airport transportation was easy and convenient, and we were warmly greeted by Monzer, who welcomed us with genuine hospitality, showed us around the apartment, and even helped us book a Tuk Tuk tour that ended up being one of our trip highlights. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location could not be better: walking distance to grocery stores, endless dining options, and great shopping. It’s right in the heart of Lisbon, making sightseeing effortless for first-time visitors like us. One of our favorite memories was enjoying the sunset over the rooftops while listening to live music from performers in Chiado Square — such a magical (and free!) experience. We give this stay the highest of recommendations.

I could not imagine going to lisbon and not going to this property. The neighborhood surrounding the property was filled with many fine dine choices and was central to all the tourist spots near. Upon arrival the communication with the tenant was 10/10. The apartment had a beautiful view of lisbon and was located right at the heart of the city. I would recommend and go again myself!

Excellent location, spacious, clean, friendly and welcoming, organized check in which was I informative, directly next to metro, safe and central area, would recommend and stay again.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in! Location was perfect. Close to so many sites! Property managers were so helpful in making our experience top notch, from organizing our car service in and out of Lisbon to making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was so well equipped and comfortable for my family of 4. We would highly recommend!

Nice, clean, spacious, apartment with all you need (even a yoga mat for morning exercise). Great location right in the middle of Chiado. There will be noise / singing until 10:00 pm or later. Lots of shopping and restaurants right there. Right next to a train station. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved it here. The location is perfect, everything was super clean and convenient. The host Ben checking us in was great. Beds were comfy. Place is very modern bidets and TV in bathroom neither a must for us but it was cool for kids. Convenient for the Baixa-Chiado metro stop and famous tram 28. We used the metro to get to the CP trains to Lisboa Oriente and Lisboa Santa Appolonia to Faro. It made it super easy to get straight home. We absolutely loved the nightly musicians outside and enjoyed wine on the balcony each night listening. Ice cream and shops are very close. Amazing pastries and coffee right below. AC worked well and has elevator. If we come back, we will stay here 100%. Do not rent a car in Lisbon, lol.

In a central spot just near the station, shops, restaurants you feel you are in the very centre of Lisbon. Excellent sound proofing, buskers outside are always done by 10pm, very secure and great communication. 10/10

Perfect location and clean property. Easy to check in and out and arranged transportation to and from airport.

The location is super convenient, just right next to the Chiado metro station. We could see street performances right from our room window. It is so close to nice shops and restaurants. The Tram 28 station is also right outside of the hotel, we took a ride from Alama back to our room one afternoon. The host was extremely nice and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel. Kirby

The host was friendly and informative. The apartment has so many amenities with all the appliances you need and even a TV in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Spacious, well appointed, in an excellent location and close to the metro. Our host (Fernando) went above and beyond as did the cleaners. We will come back to Lisbon and have every intention of staying at the same place.

The location is perfect if you are looking to eat, drink and visit the city. The bed is comfortable. They kindly gave us a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine when we arrived.

Terrific location. Being able to walk out on the balcony and hear live music is amazing. The apartment itself was perfect. Theh went out if their way to supply the littke things such as cooking oil, detergent pods, high chair etc. Definitely reccomend this spot

Love the location of the property. Overall service is great. I was met at the property and had communicated with the staff before landing. There were VIP welcome gift at the property. Love it and highly recommended.

This is our second time in Lisbon and our second time staying here. We love the location and the apartment has everything you could possibly need and more. The hosts are always there for you if you have any questions and they make the best recommendations for the area. We will stay here again on our next visit to Lisbon.
