Good hotel, good location. The room it’s too small

Simple accommodation, but clean and near mercado central and with a great breakfast.

This place is not at all like what the pictures make it seem to be. The pictures they use to advertise the rooms weren't at all like what our room was like. Our room was very small and not very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't too bad but not the best. Our room keys would deactivate all the time. They said if they were too close to keys, coins, or credit cards they would deactivate. Never encountered room keys so finicky before in my life. They seemed to deactivate if they left the room, stayed in the room, saw the sun, didn't see the sun, saw the moon, didn't see the moon, if you looked at it the wrong way, or the right way, if it heard you speak, if it didn't hear you speak. They deactivated incredibly easily and we had to get them reactivated almost every single day. It was bizarre. Never encountered that before in my life. The only redeeming quality this place had was it's location. Which is relatively close to most of the major tourist attractions and sights. I would never stay here again, especially for what you pay. You also have to pay for parking if you have a car.

Enjoyed our stay at the Royal Center Center, staff was very friendly and courteous, specially Thales at the front desk and Sandra from housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

O quarto é muito pequeno e a televisão não estava funcionando. Tentei ligar e até fui à recepção para pedir a mudança de quarto (estava disposta a pagar por um upgrade), mas a fila estava tão grande que desisti, O café da manhã foi a única surpresa positiva, embora faltassem opções sem lactose.

Razoável. Custo muito elevado, com pagamento de taxa de serviço e estacionamento adicional.

Na verdade o hotel não deixou fazer o checkin, por nocivo de documento de uma filha adotiva do hóspede

Excelente hotel, desde 2018 me hospedo nele para estudos e trabalho em BH, e sempre foi minha primeira opção. Local acessível, sem barulho, tudo limpo, excelente café da manhã, tem opções a parte de almoço e jantar que é ótimo, além do conforto e excelentes profissionais, nota 10!!!

Um dos 3 elevadores estava quebrado e os restantes travando quando se movimentavam dando medo de usar. Tive que esperar de 10 a 15 minutos em alguns dias para conseguir descer. A privada entupiu todos os dias e tive que solicitar às arrumadeiras que resolvessem essa questão com a manutenção. Matei uma barata na minha mesa do café da manhã. Um desleixo em relação à higiene local.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo ao Mercado, Praça da Liberdade e Savassi.; acomodação confortável e ampla(apto Luxo); café da manhã excelente. O que deixou a desejar foram os elevadores que são antigos, barulhentos e inseguros.
