Good Hotel, good services and very good location.

Very nice hotel to stay, near Universal Studio Japan

The staff was very helpful as we check-in so late at around 10pm. The hotel location is great, very near to the Universal City station and just 5 minutes walk to the Universal Studios.

Comfortable stay. Not the nearest hotel to USJ nor the bus stop but acceptable as it 's cheaper than others. Sky spa can be crowded sometimes.

Great location near USJ and the service is great. The coin laundry and onsen bath are additional great service.

Spacious room, good service staff Supplies can be picked up in the lobby. Variety of breakfast, you won't be disappointed.

The most pleasant stay in Osaka, very near with Universal City Station and of course near with Universal Studio Japan.. People at the hotel such as receptionist etc are very kind.. Will rebook to this hotel again if I want to play at Universal Studio Japan..

Great hospitality in term of services and facilities, the lack is only decoration of the hotel suppose to be add more fun. Put some universal studio' character would be perfect. Walking distance to universal studios and located inside the universal studios area and shopping center.

The hotel place is near from the universal and the station, will stay again for our next visit to japan

Family friendly. They give us pyjamas for all member. Nice view on corner room. JR only steps away from hotel, recommended Hotel, reasonable price. Will come back again!

The hotel is very good, took to a new full score, clean out of Jr, turn right to near USJ, delicious food, everything is ok.

I have a pleasant stay here during my trip to Osaka. The room is big and clean. The location is superb, next to train station. Which is very convenient.

Amazingly wonderful hotel! Room was very spacious and clean, breakfast was very delicious and various, the location is very strategic just in front of USJ entrance and JR station universal city, the service was beyond expectations and the staffs is very good with English. Definitely will stay again!

Super close to the station. There's a sofa bed in the corner of the room, but they charged me for additional one child. Other that that, others are perfect. Food is good, service is great, amenities are cool.

great location directly connected to the universal city station. park is only couple of hundreds meter and the surrounding area is very lively with many restaurants and convenient stores. skyspa is great. some receptionist staffs cannot speak english but it’s minor to the overall experience

A pleasant stay! The room is spacious, clean, and cozy. The Hotel (2nd floor/receptionist floor) is connected to Universal City JR station, 100m from Universal City Walk, Universal Studio is just 300 m from hotel. Best!
