This is the Best airbnb I ever stayed. Everything is perfect with no complain especially the owner Mr.Ben. I stayed at 2 double bed room, the room and toilet is very spacious. Room is clean, full of amenities. Breakfast cooked by Ben was delicious and big portion. He is the most friendly, helpful and kind bnb owner i ever met. He even homemade brownsugar cake for on our last stay. Many thanks to him for giving us a such pleasant stay. Definitely will stay again and recommend to others.

This is a home setting B&B. It is small but very comfortable and feel like home. The room is big and clean. The breakfast is outstanding. It was much better than a star hotel breakfast. The owner Ben is really friendly, nice and helpful. He gave us a lot of suggestions and help us to plan our trip. You will have no problem to find good food and interesting place to visit because he knows everything about Hualian. Just ask him. Highly recommend!

Very friendly host. He made every effort to make you feel at home. Before our arrival, we did not make a travel plan for the area; as a matter of fact, we did not even have a plan for the following 5 days. That turned out to be just perfect. Our host became our perfect tour guide. He helped us choose several local attractions, restaurants. He even helped us booking our high speed train. It is our first time using a Bed and Breakfast, but it hugely exceeded our expectations. Definitely will come back again and recommend to our family and friends.

The room is clean and big, and the bed is comfy. Host is very nice and helpful. He even cooked us breakfast (half an hour earlier than the usual time) for us to catch the early morning flight. Would highly recommend this place.

This is a perfect example of a brilliant family-run B&B. Pre-stay communication was excellent, and they were was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay - suggesting places to go, changing breakfasts to accommodate my food allergy and lending me their bike for the day. The boss even gave me a lift to the train station on my final day as he was worried I'd miss my train (I didn't!). I had a room on the 1st floor with a balcony. It was large & well-equipped, with a large comfortable bed and an attached wet-room. Breakfasts were fantastic - traditional Taiwanese, all home-made/home-cooked, good portions and lots of variety. I really enjoyed my stay, and couldn't recommend this B&B more highly. Hualien is a friendly small town with a fun night market and set in fantastic natural surroundings - mountains and coast. After the recent earthquake everyone was very happy to see me, and very friendly and helpful.

We went to Hualien on a family trip. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. After getting off the train, we went to the hotel directly. We were planning to go on a Taroko tour, but we did not book a taxi in advance. He offered us to contact a taxi company to inquire the price of half a day tour trip and the price was 1000 TWD cheaper than what we were offered by the taxi driver at the station or sightseeing bus. He also recommended some local good restaurants, which were really fantastic. The room was clean and spacious. It got two wash basin so it was really convenient. In the next morning, we had to leave the hotel early to catch the train back to Taipei. He packed us the breakfast including vegetarian meals, and called the taxi driver. Our stay in Hualien has become a wonderful experience thanks to him.

This place is amazing the hosts are so wonderful. They are about a 5 minute taxi ride from the station and when we arrived they met us outside of their place. They are the best hosts and really made sure that our needs were met. The breakfast is incredible and the room and amenities fantastic. We felt very comfortable there. There is a great pizza place next door and you can go to this little house across the street and buy beer and then take it over with you to have pizza, There is also a great bakery coffee place down the street and a ramen place down the main street. We booked a bus tour for Taroko gorge in the visitor center just outside the train station and they were very helpful and spoke some English. Stay here if you want to have a fabulous stay!

Lovely service; the owner speaks little English, but had an app on his phone for translating Mandarin to English, and also had a phone service where he could access a live translator. Beautiful room, and perfectly clean and serviceable bathroom with hand shower and floor drain.
