El staff es muy amable. Lo único que pudo mejorar significativamente fue el proceso de check in. Tenían coches estacionados de manera permanente en la entrada del hotel que ocupaban el espacio. Cuando pregunté si los iban a mover pronto el guardia me dijo que estaban desde que él inició su turno. Tuvimos que movernos, cargar niños que llegaron dormidos y caminar con el equipaje. Si se aseguran de dejar el espacio libre hubiera sido mejor.

El hotel no es el más limpio. Constantes fallas en las tarjetas de ingreso, control de TV sin batería, limpieza diaria pero sin cerciorarse que hubiera jabón, omitieron poner papel de baño, comida del bufete racionada. No obstante el personal de front desk fue atento y la ubicación es relativamente buena.

The maids did not clean the sink and the shower, the matresses were old they need a change, breakfast needs a variety not only "chilaquiles" every day. The staff of the hotel was kind and helpful. Furniture, matresses and lamps need a change.

We had booked this hotel about 2yrs ago and don’t recall having the same bad experience as we did this year. the “accessible rooms” were not even accessible, like no extra space at all. My man couldn’t even shower bc his wheelchair couldn’t fit to go in through the door, on the first night my daughter got pink eye idk if they even wash the pillows probably not . The phone line was cut in the room (which I should’ve took a pic too) so I couldn’t even call front desk if we needed anything…I had to call from my cell phone which they didn’t answer btw so I had to go out of my way and walk downstairs and the clerk was doing her makeup lmao smh also from like 10am-2pm there’s no type of food available,I was DONE, My husband was DONE and my daughter was DONE. We were originally staying for 6 nights and and cut it short to 2 nights and left to Krystal urban BEST DECISION ever! And I’m the type to never leave reviews but I just had to
