The apartment that I got was very comfortable and clean. To the extent that families are more comfortable in the apartment than on the streets. What a coincidence that a manager can take care of his place. The place is also very close to culinary eating places in Alor just by walking.

1) the apartments doesn't provide free parking 2)air conditioner are not well functioning 3) the bedsheet, pillow case and blanket were shabby 4) kitchen floor tiles a little bit dirty

It''s an rbnb apartment own by local, no reception at the property. Not clear statement on what building room is located. Because the apartment is located inside of swiss garden apartment. After booking no clear info on how to check in the room. You did not giving info on how to check in. Finally I call phone number which connect me to the owner of the room, this guy didn't even know I booked the room. Very bad communication skill, and dare me to cancel the room on app. Which not possible as stated in apps non refundable. I did complained to booking site through in app chat. So next time please know what your selling and give clear info. Not just put ads on app and stated 5 star apartment. I didn't even stay at this apt because I really angry.

Good place but lots of clothes missing so house keeping can't be trusted.

The Manor Luxury Apartment is great, has a swimming pool, sauna, gym, kids playroom. I hope I can go back to Kuala Lumpur and stay at The Manor Luxury. The apartment is so big for 6 persons, so clean, very kind for the receptionist, and the receptionist helped us for the public transport. So great. Good job The Manor Luxury Apartment... 👍👌👏

Even though the check-in was very late because of the flight delay but so until the owner of the apartment was very, very helpful, the room was spacious, WiFi access was okay, the location was strategic because it was easy to find where to eat ... overall good, if I came back I would stay here more ... Recommended.

In line with expectations, good location and can swim kids.
