This is an outstanding property. A 7 minute walk across an ancient bridge and you are in town. This penzion is out side the hustle of the town, which is VERY tourist-orient. Yobus, the owner/host was extremely friendly and helpful. A number of folks from other countries there. An all-around wonderful experience!

My wife and I stayed two nights, and really enjoyed it. The owner is wonderful, very helpful and personable. We walked to town both days, no transportation needed. Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast included and very good. Restaurant recommendations were perfect, Cesky Krumlov is a hidden gem.

Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk to the old town from the hotel.

The hotel was in a great location with only a 10 minute walk into town centre. It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was not open and there was no coffee/tea making, tissues, soap or toiletries provided in the room

Lovely place and nice easy walk to the center of town. It would have been nice to know pool would not be available, and outdoor activities mostly not available this time of year

Got the pool side apartment. The room is spacious and blanket comfortable. Bathroom is sparkling clean. The only thing I can complain about is that the room is a bit stuffy cuz there’s no window to open in the bedroom - I could only open the whole door to the pool which would then be too cold and insecure at night.

The reception is very friendly. She recommends us to some very nice restaurants which we enjoyed a lot. The breakfast is awesome and the room is value for money.

Clean, basic accommodations with friendly and helpful owner. Room is furnished with IKEA products, no toiletries or daily cleaning. Breakfast is good. Great location—easy to walk to tourist sites. Parking also included on property.

the rooms are very basic and of B & B grade only. No toileteries, amenities & toilet bowls very dirty, require basic cleaning.

Traveled with family and someone in our party left a laptop. Hotel proactively contacted us (even getting a chinese speaking guest to reach out) so that the hotel could promptly ship the computer back to us in Hong Kong. Thanks so much! Saved us a lot of trouble for sure!

Stayed for three nights - great little place a few minutes walk from the town - Tomas, the owner was great, really friendly and helpful - great place to stay - would recommend and would stay here again
