Staff were friendly & located within a stone's throw from Moana. It was also sufficiently away from the main area which meant quieter / car horn-free nights.

The staff are friendly, but the soundproofing is a bit poor; you can clearly hear the sounds from the upstairs rooms. The view is nice. Note: Avoid eating at the expensive and unappetizing restaurants in the surrounding area. It's better to find restaurants that suit your taste and travel about 1km into the city center for a better dining experience.

The staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms were also clean and tidy. My friends and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all during our stay because the staff didn't pay too much attention to us. The hotel is also not too far from the city center. I recommend everyone try renting a room here! The prices are also very reasonable!

I thought the hotel was clean but only to the center a good 1km walk but very close to Moana ,all good for me

Good choice and location to sleep in Sapa. The location is good, 1 KM to Sun Plaza, but you can enjoy many of restaurant and shop on the way to go there. the service is good, viee is good even when foggy.

This place is close to the center so very convenient to travel around. Especially near the Phansi Coffee which has a spectacular view. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There's an elevator, but you have to go down the stairs to get to your room. The view from the room is top-notch. The AC in the room can also be used as a heater, as the weather is very cold, especially if it suddenly rains.

The room has a super nice view, although it is a bit far from the center but it is still okay. From the hotel owner to the reception staff, everyone is very friendly with the guests and supports them wholeheartedly. Will come back to the hotel if I go to Sapa for the second time.

Everything was fine except having to carry the suitcase up and down the very heavy and tiring stairs to get to the elevator..nice friendly hotel!

It's a pity there's no breakfast. However, my room has a very nice view.
