Plenty of secure parking at the hotel and very easy to check in - the welcome drink was excellent and very refreshing after the drive from El Jem! The room was clean and spacious, and the WiFi worked well in the hotel. The dinner options were very good and the breakfast (included) was excellent. They were happy for me to leave the car on site after checking out for the rest of the day while I explored Kairouan before my evening drive up to Enfidha Airport. The hotel is well located, easy walking distance to the mosque and the main attractions in the medina. I’d recommend for anyone visiting Kairouan.

Great staff. Ayman was very helpful along with his team. Very clean. Pool view was nice.. Pool looks nice, but couldnt use it in November, would be great in summer. Breakfast was simple. Omlette station and crepe station.

Big hotel with big swimming pool which we did not use but had a balcony facing it. Rooms are spacious and clean, both room the same. Good value for money but you will need a taxi to get into Medina or grand mosque

We arrived with a car and there was plenty of parking at the hotel. Hotel itself walking distance to all sites. Wish we could remember the name of the receptionist who checked us in as he was fantastic! He even wished one of the party a Happy Birthday on the check-out the next day. Fabulous service. The pool area was lovely and the room was perfect. Breakfast was a buffet style and plentiful.

Despite only staying one night, I have a lot of positive things to say about this hotel. The customer service was spot on, staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were slightly dated but that didnt bother me at all. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Conplimentary welcome drink and sweet treats were a great gesture. An excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel is in a good location - only a short walk to the medina. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I had a short stay but it was great. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. Even helped me arrange a car to El Jem and Sfax. It was an easy walk to the medina. Highly recommend.

Great one-night stay. Secure, with off-street parking. Was warmly welcomed by the staff at check-in. Very comfortable reception and bar area. Nice room. Large pool area. It’s doubtful that there is a nicer or larger hotel in Kairouan.

Welcome juice and with Tunisian sweets called Makroud. Wonderful big room with a good view and balcony. Amazing breakfast buffet and friendly staff, nice swimming pool and reasonable price.
