The receptionist was friendly. It's best to leave large suitcases in the luggage store and bring them to the cabin, as you'll have to pay to bring them to the Aurora cabin. Breakfast and dinner were fine.

Beautiful resort, pretty good food. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when I went, so I couldn't see the aurora.
