Great hotel! We loved the rooftop pool. Our room was spacious. Bed was a little hard.

Just got back from a stay at Das Walz Hotel, and it was an absolute gem! The spa facilities were top-notch—multiple saunas and a pristine pool that made it easy to unwind. Even the standard room came with a private balcony, which was a lovely surprise and perfect for enjoying the views. The food was consistently excellent, with generous portions and lots of local flavor. Best of all, it was extremely affordable—honestly felt like luxury at a bargain. Highly recommend! Gerade zurück aus dem Hotel Das Walz – ein echter Geheimtipp! Die Spa-Bereiche waren hervorragend: mehrere Saunen und ein makelloser Pool sorgten für pure Entspannung. Selbst das Standardzimmer hatte einen eigenen Balkon – eine tolle Überraschung und ideal, um die Aussicht zu genießen. Das Essen war durchweg exzellent, mit großzügigen Portionen und viel regionalem Geschmack. Und das Beste: unglaublich günstig für das, was geboten wird. Absolute Empfehlung!

Amazing place to stay when visiting Innsbruck.

Lovely breakfast in the morning.

I truly enjoyed relaxing in the infiniti pool looking at the surrounding mountains. The superb breakfast buffet can be taken on an enclosed garden porch amidst nature. The room was a good size and impeccably clean. There was no AC but opening the window brought in fresh air. I am always surprised that there are no screens on the windows, but luckily no bugs came in. I will certainly stay here again.

Fantastic stay at this hotel. Extremely clean and all amenities to a very high spec. Pool and sauna are amazing and it’s very easy to get around without a car as the bus service is so good. Breakfast and dinner were also excellent. Highly recommend

Amazing hotel! I cannot say enough good things about this place, but I'll try! A must for those traveling with kids. The playroom and heated pool were both terrific for our 13 month old and made our stay so wonderful since we didn't only have our room to set her loose in. They have high quality highchairs in the restaurant, and the included breakfast was a really nice variety of good quality and tasty food. The receptionists were extremely knowledgeable and helpful (ex: should we buy cable car tickets in advance or at the ticket window, how long should we plan on the Alpenzoo taking). My husband, who wakes up earlier than me and baby, went up to the panorama room lounge and read in peace with a brethtaking view and comfortable chaise lounges, along with a tea bar. Seriously, a must for your vacation- it was well worth the short trip out of Innsbruck!

All the data without exception were so helpful and friendly. We were given a welcome card on arrival to give free use on all public transport along with advice on what to see and where to go. Will be returning for future trips to this little gem on the outskirts of Innsbruck

Great breakfast buffet spread. Dinner was also very delicious. Clean and modern room. Nice infinity pool with a beautiful view. Not too far from Innsbruck. Free on-site parking space was great as well. An added bonus was the Innsbruck Welcome Card that was provided to us for free, which allowed us to take the bus and train for free, as well as get discounted tickets on a few attractions. Overall, great hotel. Would recommend!

This hotel is a gem! It is not located in the city center which I thought would be a problem. But, we just easily used the J route to get there. It was easy to do. The tiny town of Lans is a perfect place to truly escape from the hustle and bustle of life. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was abundant This is s family run hotel, and the staff takes great pride in their hotel.

The room and balcony were great, modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was fantastic except for me, the flies on the morning buffet in the dining hall, making the food unappetizing.

Amazing value for money. Would always return if I’m in the area. Nice room, a lot of space, modern look but with traditional charm, very clean, nice breakfast selection.

Landgasthof Walzl would have to be one of the very best places we have ever stayed!! Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff and amazing meals (we had the half board option which was incredibly good value). Staff went out of their way to assist with special food when my husband was ill and when we had a problem with damaged luggage. Parking right outside the front door was an unexpected bonus too. I simply can't rate them highly enough!!

The charming hotel is set in a rural area. Giving a feeling of a warm home. Quiet, and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is great. Excellent breakfast.

Only 5 minutes drive to Innsbruck. Heavily booked for evening meals and other options are a drive away. A little quirky but mostly good

Attractive hotel, clean and modern facilities, good restaurant, ample and varied breakfast. However, we ran into a sticky problem. We had prepaid our night thro ugh Expedia. Upon checkout, the pleasant lady at the desk (who spoke very little English) told me they had received no deposit from Expedia. I had little choice but to pay a second time. When I applied for a refund through Expedia, the hotel was uncooperative despite a month of repeated requests. Not a great way to do business.
