We booked a standard room with queen bed but we got a twin bed after complaining they said the travel agents where we booked aren’t allowed to choose?!. I know for sure I booked a double bed, otherwise I wouldn’t book! So I checked online on holiday inn website and there was a queen and king bad room available. So I felt like downgraded because I booked at traveloka. Also the air conditioner was very loud we turn it off while sleeping but you could here the AC from other rooms. Very uncomfortable night
