There were roaches in restroom as soon as I walked in. I let staff know and they stated no more rooms available. I ended up staying and through the night There were about 5-6 more I seen. Rooms are clean but roaches very disgusting. They didn’t offer option of refund because I booked through Expedia.

Staff is great and friendly always with a smile, rooms very clean and comfortable beds. I have stayed here on various ocassions and will return. Convenient location lots of activities and restaurants all around.

This hotel was amazing, extremely clean and spacious Check in with super easy, the staff was amazing and we noticed a security guard overnight, which made us feel super safe A week later after I stay, we had to be back in Tijuana and we booked this hotel right away, which is near the pet hospital where we also had a wonderful experience

Bed is uncomfortable. He gave me a broken iron which I have to get my ID. The iron board was broken. There was a hole in the wall and a shower stall is horribly made to turn it on you get wet there’s no way around it.

Yes everything was good but I just didn’t like the gap between the window and the tiny courts in was too big, effectively voiding the privacy anybody would need for a good night sleep, specially on a ground floor.

Area was amazing with great dining options and many stores for anything you need nearby only complaint is the walls to the rooms are really thin and you can hear a lot that’s going on

I loved this place; the area is perfect to walk around with great eating places nearby. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I stayed in a hotel nearby and had the same safe feel without the up charge. My only complaint were the towels; they were not great at all. They seemed like old used towels that need to get update for sure. I travel with my own towels for this reason but that was the only bad thing at this place other than that everything else is amazing. I will definitely come back.

the kitchen had ZERO utensils, plates, cups, glasses not even a coffeemaker
