Well located and equiped

Absolutely disgusting - they would not let us into apartment then refused to refund us after we had to book elsewhere. Can’t believe how dodgy they are.

Booked and paid for a stay here to drive for an hour and a half, ten minutes away received a phone call saying there was a leak and the room was unavailable, my wife working in the hotel industry knows this to be a common lie told when they sell/double book a room and don’t take the listing down. Currently waiting for my refund of over £100

Really nice apartment in city centre location.

The apartment was easy to find once we were advised after a call to contact number it was across the road from Morrisons , Julie was very pleasant and helpful. We found the flat spacious and clean although the noise from the traffic was quite loud. I would recommend my friends to stay at the Eastgate Apartments.

Happy with these apartments, location was great and good value for money

If all apartment rentals were like Eastgate Apartments, I would use them far more often. My biggest complaint is usually dealing with getting into the property, specifically meeting with the property manager. There was no such problem here. Eastgate sent me the information I needed. I checked in and out on my own and enjoyed Inverness. The apartment was clean, in great condition, and a great location.

Great location but difficult parking. I had a bit of trouble locating it because I didn't study the instructions well enough. It was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The market is just across the street, making it easy to get supplies.

Adequate stay.. The room itself was good, but there is no reception or individuals on site as you would normally expect from apartments. This location is opposite a Morrison's. You wouldn't guess this was a set of apartments externally.

Very nice and clean apartment with a great location.

Great location right in city centre. The road is busy and not a good view, parking was possible outside from 4pm-10am after which you have to find an alternative. We enjoyed it for one night but may want something else for longer

We stayed at Eastgate to be close to Inverness station for a train back to London. . Nicely decorated apartment and very clean. Clear instructions from Karl as to how to get in and parking and he followed up with us on arrival. The apartment is across the road from Morrison’s supermarket and 10 mins walk to the station. The kitchen is a little basic , we bought a coffee plunger so the next guests can enjoy too. Some basic items such as tea, coffee and a hair dryer would be good additions to the apartment as well. A sign on the front door would be good too.

Very nice room very close to the bus, train and shopping. Enjoyed very much.

Was welcomed by the manager and all apartments seem to have been very recently refurbished. While on a relatively busy street, it is only a few minutes walk to downtown Inverness and is quite convenient. Overall a nice stay.

The apartment was very good. Great location, super clean and Karl is an amazing host. It was super easy to communicate with him and our stay went flawlessly.

Very clean , tidy and great location for the pubs , clubs and oh the shops too.

The apartment was in a good location and was a good size, clean and well presented. The service was interesting. Got an email with a code for the front door and to access the apartment key. Saw no-one for the stay at all. Lucky no problems getting in or out but no interaction face to face with anybody.
