This property as well as the location was awesome. The area was quiet even though it's near a small shopping area. There are plenty of restaurants conveniently located near the hotel. I visit Charlotte often this is where I will be staying.

It was clean and smelled good but some of the towels were a little stained. Our handicap accessible room was spacious and the shower was easy to use and clean. The beds were soft and it had plenty of pillows.

There was a storm and the power went out Saturday night and still had not come back on Sunday when we left. It is hard to believe there was not generator. We were not able to shower due to cold water only. Also, the noise from the room above us was insane until after 4:00AM. They were blasting music, talking loudly, and dropping stuff on the flower, like boulders. We could literally hear everything and I mean everything! It was disgusting!

We lost power so no AC, no electricity, no hot water for showers. Staff did the best they could but communication was poor.

Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean. However, a storm knocked out power at 1:00 in the morning and was still out upon checkout at 10:00 am. Our room was too warm, showers were cold and there was no coffee or breakfast. We understand that it’s not the hotel staff’s fault that they lost power, but when we asked if we could get a “partial” refund for our stay, we were told it was not likely, but they may be able to give us some points which we don’t want or need.

Really clean

3 night stay... no housekeeping, no clean wash cloths, even after asking for them. Power went out no emergency lights in hallway or stairwells. No compensation. Would NOT recommend.

worst place to stay, staff was extremely rude, no power in hotel for 13 hours and still not on when we left in the morning. no lights, literally had to walk down a pitch black staircase, no ac in room, everything i had in fridge went bad, lady at the front desk was so rude to guests when she got the question are they working on restoring the power. just overall the worst hotel

Check in was simple & quick. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good.

There was a mix up with our room upon check in but the women at the desk was so incredibly kind and helpful regarding it. I wish I had her name she should be recognized for her customer service

Beds were very comfortable, room was clean, staff was friendly. Lots of breakfast choices.

This is an amazing hotel. We stayed here when Hurricane Helene brought a tree down onto our home last September. We needed a place to stay for a bit while the final repairs were being made to our home recently. As I went to check back in because we needed more time at the hotel, a worker told me that they would allow us to stay that time. But those of us that live within a 30 mile radius of Charlotte were not welcome. Apparently they had some bad experiences with local customers. I'm sorry to hear this. I just want everyone to be forewarned before they make reservations.

The property was clean, safe, and it was great for our 1 night stay.

The property was an A . Everything about it was excellent. I would highly recommend it to family and friends.
