I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size of the room, the decor. The check in was easy, and they assisted me greatly. The only problem was the questionably functioning elevator

Loved the comfort of the room and the river walk after a long drive. We enjoyed a Great one night stay on our way home.

Needed a place to stay for our drive home. Lovely clean room, quiet , nice bar and breakfast area. We didn’t stay long enough to use pool, gym, etc. but it looked nice.

The hotel is very nice. Unfortunately it looks like I was charged twice for parking.

Great place to stay. Bed and pillows were good the gym was good too. The only thing negative but I get it is the 20 dollars a night parking.

Overall we liked the hotel, but I booked because I wanted a pool and that was closed for most of our stay. The hotel explained there was an accident and pool had to be cleaned. I was surprised that there was a charge of $20 a day for parking. I've stayed in Bend numerous times over last thirty years and never paid for parking. We were pleased though that they took parking off the bill.

Everything was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was Spring fresh. Very very clean. Plenty of towels and warm blankets. The free breakfast was very tasty and plenty of everything.

The property was very nice, and very conveniently located. I did not like that I had to pay $20 extra, to park on the hotel property.

This place was amazing. Easily walkable to all shopping, food and any other adventures one would want. Mutiple options for every type of person to enjoy their stay. I will definitely be staying here again.
