Parking charges an extra fee. Shampoo was not refiled, towels had stains, the extra bed was "children" size.

The bathroom was in poor conditions

I stayed just one night, there region is good, near by the mall. Needs improvement: the bed it's not soft, the pillow it's not soft either. The price was decent for one night.

I like it a lot people gave me an excellent service and they have a very good restaurant

Outlets are 220. Why not 110? The energy converter is too heavy and cumbersome to use and it have to be picked up in reception.

If I knew how this place was in terms of giving back to you guest I would not stay, first of, no face cloth, no regular toiletries, the mattress is really thin kind of like you will find on a sleep couch. Overall pretty clean Location is great near tons of shopping and restaurants But I would not stay there again

aircon setting could not be changed, room was a bit chilly

Tudo ok, apenas o banheiro que estava sem shampoo.

Apesar do quarto ser pequeno/cama, tudo sempre muito limpo e organizado. Tirando o fato de não conseguirmos conectar os canais de televisão e uma sugestão - colocar a tv na parede fica mais fácil pra assistir da cama

Equipe super educada, check-in e check-out ao meio dia. O que facilita bastante a rotina de viajantes. Limpeza 10/10. Cuidado com o carro 10/10.
