I always stay at the M Star as the service is always great. Rooms are extremely clean and neat. Location is convenient and lots of parking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at MStar. So many nice touches from the friendly greeting at the desk to the free muffins and coffee centre loaded with all types of creamers etc. Room was spacious, clean and had all you would need.

This hotel is a gem, the facility is new and well appointed with a modern design. The staff is outstanding. Service is impeccable. The room was spacious and clean. In the lobby, you can enjoy complimentary drinks and muffins. The location is the best you can get on Kitimat, with dining and grocery options at walking distance.

Great downtown location.

We had a great stay here, the room was super clean and comfy. They have a latte machine too that's really fun and makes great drinks. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the M Star are top notch! The care they demonstrated makes every stay feel right at home and part of the family. From personalized notes, fun towel art, locally made muffins for breakfast. And always a warm welcoming smile and chat from the front desk as you pass, are just a few of the little things that make M Star great!
