The location was great. The room was lovely but a couple of things: - The lighting situation in the room was annoying. The light switches were just over complicated. - There were no light bulbs in the bedside lights and we asked for some to be fitted and they never done it. The amenities in the room were great. The breakfast was good. Table service. A good selection.

For the price I paid, I cannot complain. The breakfast was by far the best I've ever had at a hotel. Table service (seated menu), generous sizing and excellent options for vegans. The receptionist staff were all incredibly friendly. The apartment room was stocked perfectly- with some complimentary dishwasher tablets and a washer dryer with some laundry tablets included so that I could leave at the end of my stay with all clothes washed and dried. The pool was a little on the cold side and the jacuzzi was out of action one evening, but the pool area was beautiful - modern and we had it to ourselves most of the time. This is the 3rd time I've been to his hotel and I will absolutely be back again. Fantastic location for the city centre. Just a 5 mins walk. I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Relative close to city, very clean and I love the fact that they have attention to details for comfort, i am very sensitive to noise and lights and they even put a stickers over oven lights and i slept really well. Very modernised set up and quiet. I forgot to bring swim wear but there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi which looked really good. I will definitely be back.

Very good location and very central. Hotel amenities were just what was needed to ensure a lovely stay. Bed could’ve been cosier and I with thicker pillows. The hotel breakfast was lovely and the attentiveness of the staff was a real bonus.

We didnt try breakfast or dinner at the restaurant but the restaurant was busy whenever we went past. The accomodation was nice with a great view of the cathedral. It was well communicated, well located and well looked after

The towels in our room were wet so couldn’t have a shower before going out in the evening.

Great room - all facilities in top condition, everything spotlessly clean, no problems at all.

I booked the two bedroom apartment and the rooms was all nice and spacious, especially the room that had the ensuite toilet and bathroom The living room area was a bit reduced in space but was ok

At the time of writing the review I hadnt had breakfast. The rooms are modern and very clean. I thought the bed & pillow were hard but everyone is different. The coffee machine was tempremental, maybe put more coffee& tea bags so we can use the good old traditional kettle.

Really great place, sadly ran out of time to use the Gym/Pool and wasn't able to use after check-out :/ and coffee machine in room didn't work but two small chinks in a very strong armour!

Exceptionally comfortable stay, the room is very big, with comfortable bed, and big bathroom. There is nespresso, fridge, washing mashine and dishwasher. Kitchennete is well equipped. Everything is clean and modern. Breakfast is amazing, not usual buffet, but a la carte, exceptionally tasty, well presented and the portions are huge. Great location, right in the city centre with a lot to see, shops food places, 8 min walking from Victoria Station, We were attending concert at AO Arena, it was 5 min walking. Highly recommended, this hotel will definitely be my first choice if I am coming back to Manchester.

My stay was ok but having stayed in the city suites2 arojnd the corner the city suites 2 is much better. This block's facilities are pretty worn including the locks that didnt work on the changing rooms in the pool side, a worn gym and general facilities in the apartment were looking their age. Given the cost it doesnt represent ths best valuenfor money

City Suites ideally located for exploring Manchester on foot or by bus. Walkable distance from Manchester Piccadilly. Swimming pool a decent size, changing area warm and clean. Apts well equipped, comfy bed. Can't ask for more!

Excellent and lovely views! We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and quiet, and the jacuzzi was very enjoyable. Would definitely come back.
