Upon arrival we were given our room, which was not what we had reserved, it had a queen sized bed instead of the advertised king size. When management was told about it they gave the excuse that they had some remodelling done and the bed size was a change they had not yet displayed on the app, no other room was offered as they were full and the only option was take it or cancel. Room was also not restocked with hand soap, shampoo or the usual.

Easy Parking and Excellent Restaurant

To much disorder in the hotel had to call front office 2 times because other tenants had chairs in the hallways and were drinking until 3 in the morning and security didn't do anything. Parking space were terrible excessively full of car way more than hotel occupancy. Tv not working. Remote not working and front desk said its is what it is....... Never again will I stay or recomend this place.

It was very clean and comfortable. Principally, I like the location because is close to everywhere I want to go. Only thing I dislike is the mosquitoes but is not their fault.

The hotel rooms are updated, pool area cool with outdoor shower and a restroom. Plenty of parking. Felt very safe and security at night. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

For the price I paid to stay there even with a supposedly discount, I did not get breakfast included. Lots of bugs in shower.

The only issue i had was that i had reserved a king size room and i got a queen room. I was not told what was kind of room i was getting. Although my room was pre paid i was told that the booking platforms dont always guarantee what kind of room is given. Other than that hotel is in good area & clean.

Everything went fine, the hotel is located in an area That is easy to walk to many good restaurants
