Nice area, hotel is ok.

hotel situated next to bar/restaurant which had outside seating where people sat/ate and were basically very noisy until after 1am. Lights tripped in room every time cleaners had been in???? had to go to reception to get assistance . Main grievance was on safety grounds. Design of bath with built in shower, situated seperated from bathroom and incorporated in living area, not ideal. Coming out of bath/shower, you are then on a raised area and have to negotiate 2 steps to reach the floor level. Water from having shower runs down back wall and travels around bath and starts to gather/run down steps onto floor. Even with bath mat I still managed to slip on first step, fall back , hit my back off the edge of first step, kick and have fall on me, a heated towel rail that was leaning against wall ( obviously come away from wall previously and not reattached ), Wasn't able to grab anything to stop fall as no handrail for steps. Leaving me with a split, bleeding toe nail which required first aid. hobbled down to reception to inquire about first aid and report incident. Was given a bandage? and iodine bottle and dealt with it myself!!! Although showing initial concern, nothing else was done about this and never once, for rest of stay, was asked about my health. So to all future visitors, BE VERY CAREFUL WHIST HAVING BATH/SHOWER.

Very nice and the beds were comfy. Good AC. Kind of loud at night from the bar across the street and the fourth floor bar. I loved that it was close to the Rome city center. The guy serving breakfast was very personable!

Great location. Breakfast is decent if you go early. Rooms have decent size but have zero closet space. Cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms is very european, so don’t spect much

Great stay. Excellent location, a little away from the primary tourism hotspots and less crowded but still easily walkable. Great breakfast. Service especially from the hotel beverage manager was top notch in all regards!!

The Food and Beverage Manager Roman was terrific at breakfast. Outstanding service and personality.

Nice location, you can easily get everywhere by foot. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff, helped us with all the needed information. Thanks a lot, highly recommended

This place is marvelous! Stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t be happier with the location, staff and room size. This is also very near and walkable to the Colosseum, Santa Maria Maggiore & Termini Station. There are many restaurants to choose from and they also have a rooftop! I highly recommend this place.

AC works great, very modern feel and a very fun place to stay. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is a bar next door and people congregate outside the building until close.

Property was ok. We were on the 3rd floor and although there was AC we fought to try and keep it somewhat cool. Warning, there is a bar right below that has seating across from the hotel and they sing very loud off and on all night until 2-3am. If you have small children this might not work well for you. But it was clean and the best part was the rooftop breakfast. I cannot recall the gentleman’s name but he was excellent. Super friendly and eager to help you with your breakfast needs!

Convenient location, friendly staff, modern renovation. But there are few restaurants nearby, can be a little noisy at night.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The location is perfect. Staff was very kind and helpful and even accommodated a request to move to a higher floor after the 1st night. Breakfast was very nice. Rooftop bar had terrific selection of American bourbons. Would stay here again. Only ask for next time is to have all the carpets cleaned.. The dirty streets of Rome have transferred to the hallways and rooms.
