Super helpful and friendly staff. Nice to my dog. Such easy access to the highway and UCSB. I will be back.

Stayed here solo for a quick overnight trip. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had to leave early, but check-in and checkout were smooth. Big plus for the onsite EV charging — super convenient and easy to use. Would definitely stay again when in the Goleta area.

The rooms had amazing black out curtains and even though we were near the highway you couldn't hear the street noise at night. Their outside areas could have been better kept up with cleaning wise as they were pretty dusty especially the pool cabanas and we were there still during the summer traveling season. Also their servers for the breakfasts some were attentive as where others didn't do much at all to explain the process between order breakfast and their Buffet selection. Pillows horrible absolutely flat as pancakes . Overall it was a so-so average experience, expected more from a Hilton hotel

This location was close to the events we attended and had dining options nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall enjoyed the experience, but a few things were not great. Some staff were super friendly and helpful and others were rude. My room had a metal wall in front of the window so there was nothing to look out the window, not even the sky. not even a parking lot. Also, while the AC was cold, it sounded like a truck running.

They charge $15 a day for parking. No commentary breakfast.

Overpriced. Surprise parking charge at check in was not disclosed. Bathrooms are poor. Only 1 staff. No breakfast. Just meh.

It always starts we receptionist, I don't remember her name. But she is young. Very welcoming, professional and she was helpful. She is an asset for the hotel

I have stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Goleta several times. The facility is always nice and clean. Staff is great and friendly. One thing I noticed this last time I stayed, I got charged for parking. Is that something new?? I was never charged for parking the past previous times.

Not much around the property

The facilities were clean but the area is extremely noisy. You can hear all the traffic noise from the nearby intersection. Also, I stayed on the 2nd floor, you can hear every single footstep from the 3rd floor room above. I would stay here again, but I would request a room on the top floor at the corner away from the intersection.
