Hay un bar debajo del hotel, tuvimos que aguantar palabras fuertes y gritos entre borrachos.. Serian mas de las 12 de la noche. El suelo de la habitación (moqueta) tenia una gran mancha blanca un tanto desagradable.

Habitación sucia, la taza, había pelos, la colcha e incluso la papelera con la basura del anterior.

Camas muy incómodas, mucho ruido en el hotel, no tiene aire acondicionado

La amplitud de la habitación y la tranquilidad de la zona. No me gusto el colchón de la cama, un poco hundido

Leuk hotel met een gezellig café/restaurant. De kamer was netjes, alleen het bed was voor mij iets te hard. Vlakbij was een station waardoor je makkelijk in het centrum van Santander kon komen.

Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, ruhige Gegend

Rezeption teilweise so unbesetzt bzw ohne Aufsicht, daß jedermann an Schlüssel und andere Sachen gelangen könnte. Rauchmelder im Zimmer ohne Funktion. Heizung nur zu bestimmten Zeiten. Frühstück wenn mitgebucht zwar immer möglich aber keine Auswahl und in externem Café wo auch normale Laufkundschaft ein und ausgeht. Service Null.

This hôtel promotes itself as 3 stars.I don't know who gave it this category.I can't imagine it was the Tourist Office. This morning I had my breakfast in a 3 star hotel in Santillana del Mar.It was superb and the Staff were professional ,just what you would expect from a 3 star hôtel. On the other hand I refused a plate of food in the hôtel in Santa Cruz de Bezana.It was a dish of burnt peppers,overcooked ham,leftover ends of chips,all swimming in grease.The bar in this hôtel has a rough clientèle from the area who make a lot of noise.The hôtel management seem to think this is acceptable as they don't appear to take any action against this rowdy élément in fact the bar staff seem to encourage it.I accept that it was a cheap price for the night but I did not feel comfortable staying there.

Hotel funcional, pero un poco dejado.

Personal muy atento y cordial, enfermó mi mujer y nos llamaron al hospital preocupándose por ella.

No había internet en la habitación y nosotros lo necesitabamos por trabajo. Sólo hasta la planta número dos.
