Friendly staff, clean room and nice view. Not close to station. It is good if you have a car.

It was my first Kanazawa trip. I had a great trip in Kanazawa until I moved to this hotel. I couldn’t figure out the bus to get to the hotel. I used taxi to the hotel and was expensive. The street was dark and not much traffic . I had to walk dark small street to look for taxi to go back to downtown area. There was no one working at this hotel. Nothing around in this area. Not happy experience.

Peaceful and calming after hustle and bustle of big city.

The pricing was amazing, it was very clean and the staff was kind. 1 person room was tiny, and the location was not the greatest.

A lovely unique hotel located on the river, with great views from the room and cafe area. Opening sliding door in the room was lovely! Rooms beautiful and clean. Bathroom a bit poky and small (specially if you're chunky like me!). No elevator but staff happily carried bags up and hotel only has only 2 floors. Transport in this part of town is minimal but it is a lovely easy (flat) 15-20min walk along the river to tons of restaurants and the main town centre. A good loop bus route is also about 15mins away in the same direction, and stops at all the major sites (Omicho, Kenroku-en, Kanazawa Castle, Samurai district, geisha districts etc). Hotel has bikes for hire. The staff were fabulous and very helpful.

Very nice hotel of modern comfortable style, chic environment, calm and delightful scene. Friendly staff members made my stay extra memorable as well.

Ein wirklich toller Ort zum abschalten. Direkt am Flusslauf gelegen, kann man hier direkt seine Läufe starten. Ruhig und das Beste: Einschlafen mit Flussrauschen bei offenem Fenster, dank Fliegengitter auch ohne Mückenstiche am nächsten Morgen. Tat gut. Einziges Manko: Fussläufig etwa eine Stunde vom Bahnhof entfernt. Doch eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt. Ich werde dort definitiv wieder buchen.

近くにコンビニや飲食店がないため、雪や雨が降ると極めて不便。現地の状況を良く理解せずに予約をすると戸惑う可能性がありますが、慣れれば使いやすそうです。 静かで川の辺りのロケーションは最高なので、執筆などの長期滞在には良いかもしれません。

部屋からの眺めが素晴らしく、ベッドが快適で、朝食も美味しかったです。 コーヒーが付いていれば、もっと良かったです。

中心部からは少し離れますが、その分静かで、窓から見える川の景色が気持ち良いです。川でランキングや散歩をされてる方が見えます。 バスフリーパス範囲内で行けます。 スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれます。ただ、常時いらっしゃる訳ではないので、電話が必要です。 また泊まりたいと思える宿です。今回は朝早くの出発でしたが、次回は朝食を頂きたいです。

川の辺で落ち着いた景観が癒やされる。設備もよく室内もシンプルな内装で安らげる。チェックアウトも11時がありがたい。

ホテルの方は親切で丁寧でした。 お部屋もさっぱりと清潔感がありました。 窓から川が見えるので、景色は良かったです。 ユニットバスだった為、狭い感じがしましたがビジネスホテルに泊まられた方なら、だいたいの感じはわかると思います。 アメニティも最低限度のモノがありました。 駐車場はホテルに2台、歩いて5分のところに数台ありました。
