Really great hotel. Great owners and staff wanted to do everything to make one’s stay amazing! Comfortable bed, roomy and clean rooms. Good water pressure in the shower… Great breakfast. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as the beach very close…

Lovely, small hotel with very friendly staff. Easy walk to the beautiful beach and lots of restaurants. We stayed twice within a couple of weeks. Our first room was a standard double on the ground floor. Comfortable and nicely equipped with a coffee/tea maker and a good shower. Our second room was a suite on the first floor with a separate sitting room off the bedroom. Very comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a lovely outside area with a warm pool, sunbeds and outside tables where drinks and light refreshments are served. Also a small car park with an EV charger, which was much appreciated. Good selection of foods at breakfast for a reasonable few. Highly recommended

Hotel doesn’t deserve 3 stars Logis de France award. Rooms are minuscule, amenities bare minimum. No extra pillow, no facial tissue, tiny bathroom, no place to set toiletry, no shelf (we used the toilet tank as shelf ).

Hotel staff were lovely, they made our stay very welcoming. The breakfast provided was fresh and tasty everyday. The pool area could have been improved by having parasols to shade the loungers from the sun, that way we would have made longer use of the pool.

Hotel proprietors were so welcoming and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast with homemade confiture and organic produce Hotel is close to the beach however the hotel's pool was an added bonus .Shall definitely return

Stayed as a couple for 7 nights - all staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The communal areas of the hotel (Pool, bar, seating areas) were all very good. We would happily stay here again!

Hotel and room was okay, some basics were missing, like coffee in the room, soaps and shampoo very basic, but nice people and lovely location. Just up the basic provisions a bit for better value. WiFi very limited also.

A comfortable, clean recently refurbished hotel with everything you need for a stop-over or a holiday, run by a friendly and helpful couple Chatelaillon Plage is a chaming old-fashioned seaside resort with a good beach, suitable for families. Good train or road connections to La Rochelle about 5 miles away.

Charmant hôtel de Chatelaillon plage, tenu par un couple très accueillant et attentionné. L'hôtel est très bien situé près de la plage, et très calme (alors qu'il affichait complet), la literie très confortable, et une douche de taille très confortable. Ensuite, que dire du petit déjeuner avec des pâtisseries maison, yaourt maison, et des viennoiseries très fraîche, et le tout sur une terrasse ensoleillée au bord de la piscine. Nous sommes ravis de cette nuit, et j'espère vivement pouvoir y retourner un prochain weekend dans le secteur.

Très bel hébergement, une équipe dynamique, souriante et disponible un super petit déjeuner à deux pas du front de mer. Bref rien à redire si ce n’est que je reviendrai certainement en famille.
