I stayed more than 7 days at Hotel Dedeman in the city of Tokat. And now i can say the hotel gives what you pay for, the rooms and services are okay for the price, talking about the location is very good, in the city center of Tokat and also with a bus stop, supermarket, and restaurants in front, This makes it easy if you do not know the city. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is fine for a normal stay. However, I cannot give 5 stars because I had some problems, the hotel is advertised as 5 stars on social media, but the reception staff do not speak English, not even basic English. I had a problem with the air conditioner in my room, and even using a translator, they could not help me so If you do not speak Turkish, they will not try to solve your problems, It feels like the staff work there for money, not to help guests! I was visiting the city with friends, and after more than 7 hours with no solution from the hotel worker, I had to ask my friend for help, and the staff were not empathetic and were even upset. The hotel is okay for location and basic comfort, but the customer service is very limited if you do not speak Turkish.

To say that the hotel didn't meet our expectations is an understatement. First of all, none of the staff speak a word of English. This is a hotel, and there's people coming from all around the world, so the staff should at least know the basics. Secondly, the pool is an absolute disaster. It was dirty, and even the cushions on the chairs were ripped. It's just a sad atmosphere overall. And finally, the Turkish bath. It's very bad. It was dirty, and it didn't even provide necessities like soap and towels. What's the point of a Turkish bath if you're not actually bathing?! Overall, for a 5-star hotel, the conditions are very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend trying if you're going for the activities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and I’d like to express my appreciation for the incredible service I received throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, the reception team—led by the ever-welcoming Hilal—made me feel immediately at ease. Hilal and the rest of the front desk staff were not only professional and well-organised, but also genuinely kind and attentive. Their helpfulness truly set the tone for the rest of my experience. Equally impressive was the waiting staff. A big thank you to Başak, Fatma, and Ömür, as well as the rest of the team working alongside them. They were consistently courteous, prompt, and thoughtful in their service, always checking in to make sure everything was comfortable and to my liking. There was a minor inconvenience with the room lights going off a few times, which meant I had to go back and forth to sort it out. While it wasn’t a major issue, it did break the flow a little. I’m confident this is something that can be easily addressed for future stays. Overall, the hospitality and professionalism of the team more than made up for the small hiccup, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend the hotel to others. I have stayed in this hotel for four nights. The experience of the Hotel was just amazing the rooms were very clean and modern. The room service was very satisfying and on the watch they are always happy to help. Dedeman Hotel offered us with the room a swimming pool indoor and outdoor adding to that the gym,sauna and others. I also can not thank the manager enough Emre Bey he was very friendly, kindly and very welcoming he helped us a lot without him the trip wouldn't be possible.
