Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht verstehen - ein tolles Hotel in einer super Lage. Wir waren auch von der Aussicht im 11. Stock wirklich beeindruckt! Zuvorkommendes Personal, alle nett und freundlich. Es wird zwar wenig deutsch gesprochen, dafür aber habe ich niemanden erlebt der nicht fließend Englisch spricht. Einzigartiger Kritikpunkt ist das der Strom im Zimmer alle 5 Minuten von alleine aus geht wenn der Bewegungsmelder nichts erkennt... Und das ist mehrfach passiert obwohl wir zu zweit drin waren. Wir kommen gerne wieder - vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit :-)

Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

For such price I expect clean and well maintained room but unfortunately is not what we got

We stayed in a superior room with view but we found a bit tight for 2 people , the front desk recommended the presidential suite ,,, on the 12 th floor it was 1000sqft , and the view from it was spectacular we agreed to take it, however the staff member forgot to mention there was no sound proofing , and there was a restaurant above the room , you could hear from morning till night , people walking , chairs and tables moving etc ,, for a presidential suite the furniture in living room looked liked it had taken a beating over the years , the mini bar was also pathetic, snicker bar and some soft drinks , for that kind of money per night I would have expected more , the tv connection to internet did not work they had some old system , no upgraded internet , the carpet Was in need of carpeting cleaning g to remove stains , the wood floor in living room and dining room was in bad shape , i will stay at Radisson in other cities ,,,, but never in swinoujscie, This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing vacation for me , however hard to sleep if they are running and moving stuff early in the morning till night time

Absolutely best breakfast I've ever had in any hotel. Enormous choice of excellent fresh food. Great amenities, aqua park and club. View is great.

Great location, beautiful building with nice surroundings, most of the staff was very nice, room has amazing view and was very comfortable, unfortunately there was no shower gel in our bathroom and carpet was not vacuumed - I was surprise to find sand on the floor -> small things but they do influence overall opinion about the hotel. In general however I consider the experience as positive.

Personalet var ikke meget behjælpelige og det føltes mest af alt som om man var til besvær. Hotellet var fint.

Sehr leckeres Frühstück und Abendbrot. Wir waren nun das 3. mal dort & für uns auch das letzte Mal.. Bei dem Zustellbett fehlten mind. 2 Lattenstreben was ich für den Preis pro Nacht und Qualität des Hotels sehr mangelhaft finde. Wurde beim auschecken nur belächelt vom Personal.. Der Aquapark war auch nicht mehr so sauber wie die ersten Male, ganz zu schweigen von der jungen Dame die uns Armbänder und Handtücher über den Tresen schmiss. Bin sehr enttäuscht

Das Frühstück war eines der Besten, der letzten Jahre. Besonders gut fand ich das man auch mal eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen oder Trinken mitnehmen konnte.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Toller Spa, Gute Frühstücksauswahl. Wir kommen mehrmals im Jahr in dieses wunderschöne Hotel und sind immer sehr begeistert!

Sehr gutes Hotel. Alle Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles sauber. Das Personal etwas unpersönlich aber freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr gut. Großer Wehmutstropfen, man kann das Frühstück nicht wirklich in Ruhe genießen. Viel zu voll und laut. Gedrängel an den Kaffeeautomaten und in den Gängen. Anstehen beim Einlass. Schade. Hier muss ein anderes Konzept her. Das versaut den wirklich guten Gesamteindruck vom Hotel…
