I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL BUT THEY CHARGED ME $427.34 WHEN I CANCELLED THE STAY FIVE MONTHS IN ADVANCE.

Beautiful property. Comfortable beds and great service.

Lovely property!

This property is sufficient in its amenities, however the price does not reflect the quality of the rooms. You can find other places with nicer, larger rooms for at least $200 less per night. Almost $600 for a standard room was difficult to justify. It may be location, as it was difficult to find anything near McCormick Place that was at an agreeable rate. It is important to note that the room was very clean and the view of the city from the 17th floor was splendid. However, I would not stay here again unless I had no other option.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. Hotel staff were super friendly. The layout of the hotel was awesome with connection to the parking garage and close proximity to places we were visiting.

Unknown $75 security deposit That was not communicated

parking was a nightmare. we parked in the self-park in/out privileges, but our room card never worked to let us out. we were told to reactivate

Out side the hotel smells like a toilet

The employee on the reception tried to charge me for something already paid. Also they charged me $60 for valet parking without telling me and it was not easy to find their parking lot keeping in mind they charged me another $59 for parking. Worst experience ever

We got charged an extra $70 for a cleaning fee when the room was left in suitable conditions.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Did not like that when we returned from our concert there was no soda machines and only a select amount of soda to order from room service and way more expensive than getting out of a soda machine.

Super clean and quiet room.

Uber or taxi are the best options for seeing anything in the city center. Fortunately, both are plentiful at the hotel.

The stay was great. The restaurant was under staffed and sat for a long time waiting for service but a manager jumped in and took our order.

This was a wonderful hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. It was close enough to Soldier Field that we could easily walk there for a concert.

Was easy check in and wasn't far from the venue

The property is well maintained. However, our room was far too warm at night and the AC didn’t properly cool our room.
