For the first time of our yearly stay in Stockholm we used the Forenom appartment. The price is very nice, it was clean and comfortable. I would really recommend the place.
BUT: parking is complicated. There needs to be clear information on parking, app usage and a warning of street parking times. I did ask in advance but did not get clear information.
The place has three parking areas. One parking is only for ev, one is only with reservation and the third is the only option then. Reservation is not possible in the app AirPark. The parking is unclear in price, the AirPark app does not show the price clearly. Therefore, almost nobody did park on the ground.
BEWARE, street parking is forbidden early Wednesday morning 0:00-6:00, but the signs are far away and not understandable for foreigners (“onsd 0-6” means Wednesday 0:00-6:00). This needs to be explained in the Forenom as customer service to support the guests, as the street sign is far away and not understandable for foreigners.
We got a 1100 SEK parking fine for parking that night! And we where lucky of not being towed away!
There is nobody at the place, questions need to be done via website. That is actually quite a struggle. We did not find the trash room. One needs to start chatting with a AI bot, but it does not understand any question. One has to ask the same question 5 times to be able to choose the human chat. That should be an option at first misunderstanding.
