Dinner was awesome, view was nice with quiet streets. Onsen is available but definitely not as nice as the others we had been to.

Old dated hotel

We had a trafitional.Japenese room. Fantastic view of the bay. Hotel dated but clean Reservations needed for dinner. We didnt dine there . Easy to catch the ferry

Easy 6 minute walk from ferry. Incredible value for off season rate in late March that included an multi course , visually beautiful Japanese Kaiseki dinner and breakfast made of thebfreshest, delicious ingredients and served by a delightful diningroom staff. We were the only Western tourists there, but the reception staff know enough English to graciously assist you. They were kind enough to check us in 45 minutes early on a rainy day, without an extra fee. The onsen attendants didn't speak English and were a little flustered when we showed up to bathe at 8:25am (it closes at 9:00am) She tried to discourage us from entering, doubting that you will be done in time, but we pantomimed that we understood and would be done well before 9:00am. Unfortunately we had a very noisy family with children next door to us who didn't quiet down until 10pm. Futons in the room are thin, so we stacked them two and three high. Room had lovely water view. Easy access to the 3km path along the bay for wonderful birdwatching, feral kitties and lava geological features.

桜島に泊まれて家族が喜んでおりました。朝食のみの利用でした。鹿児島の郷土料理がおいしかったです。味噌汁はイカ入りの奄美の料理でダシがきいていて大変おいしかったです。 温泉もよかったです。ホテルからの眺望は素晴らしかったです。

宿舎向けコーヒーサービス、大浴場良かったです。

全てがGood 特に良かったのは　接客姿勢、温泉の泉質、 隣接する遊歩道…

皆さん笑顔で親切でした。部屋もきれいでよかった。

Ruhiges Hotel mit guter Lage und angeschlossen öffentlichen Bad und Fahrradleibstation. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und haben teilweise auch schlechte Sicht und laut durch Klimaanlagen (Bergblick)

仕事疲れを癒したくて温泉を楽しみにしていきました。ところが、浴場の入口でスリッパを脱ぎ損ねて、スタッフさんから大きな声で注意されました。その場にいたお客さんたちが振り向いて恥ずかしかったです。よく見ればスリッパを脱ぐようにと、小さな立て看板が。もっとわかりやすくしてほしいです。それが難しければ、せめて優しく教えて欲しいと思いました。受付やレストランなど、他のスタッフさんは親切で気持ちよく過ごせました。温泉だけ台無しでした。

ロケーションも良く港のすぐそばで、コンビニも近いし食事はそれなりで良かった アイランドビューのバス停でもあり、レンタカー借りるにもなんでも便利

전망,음식도 다좋은데 온천탕이 생각보다 별로였고 객실에 샤워시설없는게 옥에 티였음

温泉が鉄分を多く含んでいるらしく、鉄臭いのが少し気になった。それ以外は特に気にならなかった。フェリー乗り場が目の前なので、翌日にフェリーに乗船する人にはお勧め出来る。

友達家族と利用しました。 温泉もあり、食事も美味しかったです。

Qualité report fantastique！ ロケーションも朝夕の食事も最高！ 前日に二泊した、鹿児島で一番と思っていた‘’城の山のホテル‘’の食事よりもずっとずっと美味しかったので嬉しい驚き！おかげで良い母との旅になりました。感謝です。
